I just use a bowl and a fork and for some odd reason never thought about using my blender but I will tonight.Scope nailed it, an easy way is to blend the eggs/whites first then add the rest and reblend.

Just protein powder, baking powder and eggs/whites.
The key to good no flour all protein pancakes or waffles is to beat the eggs and then mix in the baking powder really good then add the protein to the mix.
Doing it in that order really makes the end product light and fluffy.
I was just curious is all. Do you find they are flat? I don't know if it is the angle of that picture, but they don't look like they rose too much
Really???Wirhout flour thy will not rise to their peak compared to regular flour or pancake mix waffles
They may rise a bit but will mostly be on the flat side compared to a regular pancake
Using stiffened egg whites could help
