Used 1 avocado, greek yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic, and some of my uncles hot sauce for the guacamole and it really set the meal off.

Here's what I think is hands down the best hot sauce.

Also had 3 different bowls cereals and some TJ dried banana flattened. Not sure what else I'll have but I'm not finished yet.

Picked this up today and wasn't going to try it since I have 3 boxes of cereal already opened but the urge to test it out was to strong.

Taste is on point right out of the box and taste like a blueberry muffin.
With almond milk it takes away from the flavor but I bet with real milk it would give it a little kick in the flavor/sweetness department.
This cereal is the ultimate mouth raper but letting it soak a bit helps that and the flavor kick in too.

where can i get that hot sauce? I am a sucker for good hot sauce.
Let me check my stash and I'll get back to you.

But I'll snap a pic of or post his contact info in a bit but you'll just have to write him a letter to get into contact with him because I don't remember there being a phone number or email on them.

Crazy busy day today but I'll be sure to get with all you guys.
I need to get a hold of my uncle tomorrow then I'll be able to figure something out.

Mom wants me to cook something for new years
Open too all suggestions
Going to store later today
She is pretty basic TBH, but want to put a good twist on something
Maybe some kinda roast? Variance in a burger? Something with beef, pork, or chicken i do not care.

Haluski... homemade noodles make all the difference. The cabbage will gas out a room however ha.

Inch thick T-bone, medium rare, right off the grill

Seasoning? Sauce? Salt?
None.

How I like it

I go high heat 3-4min each side and its done. Get it on and off in 8min or less and it'll be perfect. Nice sear on the outside with a perfect medium rare inside. Let you meat rest 5-6min and then go to town.

From the first bite you are presented with an underwhelming kind of vanilla base, and then the second it hits your throat the after taste of the coffee beans really kicks in full throttle. A very rich, lighter roast bean nails you from all aspects full of flavor. Luscious, rich, and creamy all in one instant hit are the flavors that surround your taste buds from first bite to last as you mow down the pint. While this may be basic with just a solid coffee base it has to be hands down the best coffee base I have ever had. When you mix and combine a solid foundation with Jeni's ice cream and mix in a very popular Chicago based coffee bean that has been in the works since 1995 you strike gold.

Felt a little nutty today.
12oz of each
All have 6oz of nut butter, 6oz coconut butter.
The Triple Nut is 2oz each nut, 6oz coconut butter.

Hate wasting money on things I can make for cheap so that's what I did today.
If I had to guess if say I have about 12 bucks into all 4 jars.

Next up I'll be making flavored nut butters.
Forget 16 bucks a jar.

You the man Scope, homemade nut butters is where it's at. I need to get a slightly better processor, I don't trust the one I have now to make nut butters.

The money saved makes them taste even better too.

Blendtec Classic with twister jar gets the job done right and quick.

Run it for like 10 minutes with roasted almonds or peanuts and if it doesnt come out then there is a problem

Damn 10min.....
Blendtec with Twister jar gets it done in under half that time.
If your not careful you can actually burn a thick butter or make one to creamy/smooth.

Jeni's Brown Butter Almond Brittle

Jeni's did a fantastic job not only with the brown butter base which is very rich, bold, and full of flavor. The key thing with this is even with minor mix-ins which Jeni's does from time to time. The amount of almond brittle or crunchy almonds you encounter can be massive or on the smaller side but add a fantastic compliment to the pint. You even get hints of a small syrup that is around the almonds in the pint that has a very nice a sweet crunchy flavor added to the mix. The almonds continue to amplify as you work down towards the bottom of the pint to almost full size pieces. Overall jeni's did a good job finding great compliments in a unique Brown butter base. This is another reason why it is one of my favorite scoops when I visit a scoop shop!
