How much was a pint? I may be interested if the price is right and if you think it is good.

Prob like arctic zero. Fake ice cream and over priced. and guessing 4-5$ a pint.. lol wayy too expensive. no thanks
would rather pay 9-10$ for LEGIT Jeni's that tastes damn good

five dollars a pint is a little steep imo.

I love candy corn, but hate pebbles cereal. The small flakes are odd to me so I stay away lol

Arctic zero was fine for me

Your still supporting a brand that is cheating their consumers, lying about their label content, that is bad brand reputation and bad practice as a company
That would be identical to supporting companies who spike their products on the market and sell it for dirt cheap because of taurine, glycine, and glutamine to help spike protein content or BCAA products who fall short of their leucine/iso leucine or valine ratios, which there are quite a few out there some that are short by a full gram of leucine when 3rd party tested.

no thanks jeff. Would not support anyone who wants to try and cheat the system or a company that wants to try and practice unethical behavior by lying to their consumers.

But again that is my personal opinion. I know you do not like to trust or purchase from companies who do not offer a legit product on the market. I am the same way as far as my other purchases as well. But if you want to spend 5$ for it by all means enjoy so. Ill spend a bit more for the quality stuff. At least your buying some fake ice cream and not some cigarettes or booze haha.

I get what you're saying about the poor marketing and such but honestly I can enjoy a pint of arctic zero without having to completely restructure my entire day's meals or totally blowing my calories. To me, being able to enjoy something like that as well as my normal foods far outweighs the "ethical" crap that they do. I don't care if little Chinese kids make my clothes so long as they fit and are comfy. That's for people in China to decide how they wanna raise their kids.

In the end it's a personal preference and I like ice cream too much to just struggle to fit it in to my normal diet all the time when I could just eat an arctic zero or wink (those flavors sounds amazing too btw) and not worry about it.

Also, can't corn cereal sounds awesome. Any idea where to get it?

You fail to read above the picture Why not just eat regular ice cream and enjoy it in moderation? Never hurt anyone. not like your competing anytime soon either.

Whoops only looked at the quoted portion.

And it's not enjoyable when you only get to eat like 3 spoonfuls and it's already 300 cals and 15-20g fat. I don't mind eating a spoonful now and then but when I really want to enjoy it I want it to be a legit amount not half a mouthful. 1000cals of ice cream just isn't reasonable regardless of competing or not. I'll stick to my entire pint for <200cals

And eating a big fat burger, going out to eat with your GF every now and then to a sitdown resturant those meals will surpass 1000kcals, or massive rolls of sushi that equal the same intake is not? lol. ok buddy. Its the same thing but a different source. 1000 kcals of ice cream never made anyone fat who eats it in moderation like other people do with pizza (4-5 slices = just as close if not more), Pasta from a takeout, chinese from a takeout etc which = more kcals

The difference is all the things you listed are legit satiating MEALS. Not just a treat that will be digested and leave you craving more in a couple hrs. I'm not saying never eat ice cream but I'd rather eat AZ more often AND enjoy the burgers and such rather then choose 1 or the other. Best of both worlds.

Going through all these posts. Lactose intolerance makes me sad panda.

I fell ya on that. I was lactose intolerant as a kid. I would still buy pizza and milk at school for lunch. Eventually, I was able to handle dairy. From my bio 101 class I took away that lactose intolerance is essentially like a key. Some peoples body has the key and others do not, however, one can "find the key" and open that door and can have dairy. People can also lose that key and become intolerant.

You brought up you should never eat 1000 kcals of ice cream. So eating 1500 kcals of a chinese, or 2,000 kcals of a pizza take out would be better? Well duh that would be more satisfying because its far excessive in kcals." . Why not get both and eat them both on your cheat meal then? Since it is moderation and it is one of your meals for the week again your not competing, if you decide to eat both is it going to harm you not at all. There is still no logical reason to avoid full fat or legit ice cream when in essence there are still good sources of micronutrients and vitamins in it.

Craving food or having a dessert does not make it not a "Cheat" that is just your out look on a cheat meal, but if you rather spend 25$ for 5 pints of artic zero comped to 3-4$ for real life ice cream (Same caloric amount) then hey man throw your money down the toilet on stuff that has 40-60% False label claims than it really states .. Thats on you. I would rather pay for the good stuff, stuff that tastes good, then get fake stuff in a pint that has unethical business practice.

The last 14 weeks I have eaten a full pint of ice cream on top of any meal i want or any entree and the difference has been 3 pounds...
it really is killing me...

I think you will be fine to have a bit of both on a cheat meal, and open up your eating habits buddy.. You do not need to shelter yourself to low kcal artificial sweeteners and avoid real food.

Ill continue to enjoy my pint of ice cream and an entree or cheat meal of choice every week and continue to see good gains :)

I've lost that key, specifically the ice cream key. Never had issues as a kid but it's become a recent issue. Hard cheeses, cream cheese, and greek yogurt I can tolerate, but real ice cream has the most unpleasant effect on my GI. I even resorted to eating Coconut Milk Ice Cream but it's just not the same.

Overall this may be a very basic pint with a Dark Chocolate, Caramel, and Sea Salt base but this is not a gelato to overlook. The decadent Dark Chocolate flavoring is very strong, very creamy, and provides an incredible after taste that leaves you lingering for more. With small shades of caramel underlying in the taste, and the richness and enhancing sea salt flavor this makes for a killer combination. Upon grabbing I thought this would of been mediocre at best because I am a mix in junkie, but i was mistaken. If this had some Sea Salt Caramel Truffle Mix-ins this would be an A+ like found in Sea Salt Caramel or Kopper Kettle Caramel from 2nd Street, but for the base alone this was exceptional and a must try for any Dark Chocolate Lover.

Grade: B+

Coconut Chicken Curry for dinner tonight!

I see why you get bloated when trying to gain weight and bulk with eating pounds of veggies lol

Invalid Link Removed

Not my pic, but from a friend in FLA

looks like some goodies at Target.

I just love veggies so I can't help it ha. 1lb of chicken with it tho so that helped.

Also picked up a full size tub of turkey hill pumpkin pie ice cream. Stuff is bomb and only 170kcal per half cup.

No but for real...is not eating hardly to very little veges bad while bulking? Opinions?

I would think yes as you still need your micros (maybe even moreso) when you're trying to build max muscle.

Not at all
1-2 servings would be fine for micros in all honety. we get lots of micros through other sources like dairy, potatoes, fruits etc.

eating pounds of veggies like boone, a bit excessive. Especially someone trying to gain weight.

I <3 high volume meals so I'm all about the veggies. No trouble eating but I'd cut back if it were an issu . I get about 3-5 servings of veggies and 2 servings of fruit daily

That was my thinking as well! You are eating a lot more food, so you have more of a chance to get micros from other sources!

Cheat meal this week. The "Kevin Bacon" burger fries and a s'mores milkshake to wash it down.
