I love a big meal before bed. Spectacular feeling.

Side note: pb Cheerios were a huge disappointment. Def nowhere near as good as jif. Still nothing better then Reese's tho.

Choc Cheerios however were amazing. Super chocolate ly and crunchy.

Choc Lucky Charms > Choc Cheerios
JIF tastes like corn flakes, has no PB flavor at all

Agree with swole PB Cheerios > JIF

What're your thoughts on the ap blizzard? I've seen it advertised on the one I pass everyday but not sure it's for me. The only blizzard that I must have is pumpkin pie. Those crust pcs are amazing.

The local grocery store here is now stocked with Talenti Pumpkin pie! But I've noticed that consuming as little as 1/2 cup of ice cream messes up my stomach for the day. I fear that I may have developed a lactose intolerance. Any others in the same boat? :-(

Still waiting to see if it sets up real well so I'm gonna see if it just needs to cool/freeze a bit.
So far here's what I used:

1c ff cottage cheese
8oz ff creme cheese
2sc no whey! Pumpkin pie protein powder
4 tbsp cinnamon
2tbsp zero cal French vanilla coffee syrup
1 can ( 29oz) pumpkin
5 egg whites
8 packets Splenda or whatever sweetener

Mix all ingredients and put into 2 oiled (I used spray coconut oil) pie pans (it's too much to fit in one). Bake at 350 for 45min or until top is fairly hard. Insides will still be very soft but hot. Let cool as log as needed (fridge or freezer) until it sets to a good consistency. (Still working on this part so I may need to change things if it doesn't solidify enough... Looks like it will though)

Macros for entire 2 cheesecakes (I said 8 servings but that was before I realized it would take 2 pans ha. Could really be 16srv)

My gf showed me that today too. I'm gonna figure out how to make it for sure.

Man you gotta go. I HATE big city anything but Chicago is one of the nicest places I've been. You can walk anywhere and everything is beautiful. And there's a billion amazing Italian places to eat

Post workout this morning was Smores waffles with Greek yogurt, banana, and a crushed Smores pop tart ... Would eat again /10

WTF
cannot find that flavor ANYWHERE
i have been checking DAILY

Soooo mad.

i'll have to look for it next time I'm out. So excited my sister found the pumpkin spice oreos. Gonna get them this weekend.

How'd the cheesecake turn out and did you use a crust of any kind? Thinking about making one this weekend.

The struggle is real.

Talenti is one brand that is readily available around these parts, but the stores don't carry Graeter's or Jeni's.

Check out the Big E fair some time. Local Ice Cream flavors from all over New England. Ice cream gainzzz.

I threw one in the freezer for later and ended up giving it to the gf yesterday ha. The other one I put in the fridge for an hr or so and then the freezer for another hr or two and it froze up just a bit. It was really good when it was half frozen/half thawed. More of an ice cream consistency then a cheesecake tho. If I did it again I would prob double up the creme cheese and/or cut down on some of the pumkin as that doesnt "firm" up very well. Taste was spectacular though.

Overall there is not much to review in a product that is so basic and is made or labeled “Cold-Brewed Coffee with freshly grated Cinnamon”. My thoughts were that Steve’s after having several pints continues to impress me with how strong they can combine two ingredients and provide such a rich, flavorful, and luscious combination of coffee and cinnamon. Every bite from first to last provided a strong and sweet coffee flavor with a bold cinnamon after taste. If there were some sort of mix-ins to compliment this pint I would give it an A Ranking, based off the base and cinnamon alone this deserves a solid B for one of the better Coffee bases I have ever had.

Grade: B

80/20grass Fed beef with bacon on an onion bagel. Homemade red bliss potatoes with cheese sauce

My wife had the recipe on her phone for bbq meatloaf off pintrest. I just added the bacon and the turkey to the recipe. I actually forgot the egg but it held together great. 1lb beef, 1 lb ground turkey, 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, S+P, 1 egg. Glaze was 1/3 cup random bbq sauce with 1/3 cup minced garlic, lil onion powder, s+p, 1/4 cup brown sugar. I cooked it at 275 for 40 min. I topped it with the glaze and broiled it for 10 min on low. Not sure of the macros but it was 90% lean beef and 93% lean turkey. booneman77
