Solid training today. Got my endurance all chugged down before first working set. I'm sure this is the way I like to take it best. Great energy and recovery, my wife actually complained I was taking to long so I had to wrap it up.

I always take it before my workout and sometimes during as well to get the BA and COP in my system before I get started.
 
Late training for me last night. Had tons of good energy and was nice and warmed up quick. Really powered up the last main set. Chins were strong too, they were superset with press warmups and main set. Got a meal, lifted 3 hours later, and got my endurance all chugged down by end of warmups.

Drank the whole thing, waited about 10 minutes and started deadlifting. It was a great day!

Yesterday:
Im pretty sure the CoP was kicking hard, I had lots of stamina even though I was training super late. Great session, rear delts were pumped from all the rows. Still love that orange flavor. It also doesn't stain your shaker! I had a buddy that used some orange BCAA, or preworkout,dont know what, and it really stained up his shaker.

I absolutely love the inclsion of COP and BA in Endurance, it makes all the difference in the world, IMO. Especially after a few weeks of regular use (BA especially has a cumulative effect) you can really feel the difference! You continue to impress with those dips at 243! Bad ass!

MN peak beta + I responded well. Take for instance OHP, I noticed a big difference in the work I was able to do.

The orange is my favorite. Melon is really good, but I love orange.

Nice weight, 243 lbs. I have been bulking since August and finally broke 240 lbs. Soon I will have to start my cut hoping to hold into some really good weight this season.

I think they're both equally delicious. I must have been waay bloated because I weighed in at 237.5 @ the gym.

As far as my body comp I'm 6'3" and around 19% bf. So I have some work to do from aesthetics standpoint.

Great work on those deads dude! Make sure you watch your salt and sugar if you're getting bloated like that and up your water intake. Its likely water retention since I'd doubt you were holding 6 extra lbs of poop. Lol

High volume work is where Endurance is meant to shine! the Beta Alanine and creatinol-o-phosphate are lactic acid buffers, so it stalls the immobilizing burn for a few more reps. That's where it's at, turn up the VOLUME!

Its obvious this product has ingredients others don't, so it can easily outperform the others. Flavor is on point, I've had bcaas that taste awful. Endurance tastes as good as xtend. Endurance has instant gratification in that you feel the beta alanine, and again with the CoP and the ability to keep pumping out reps. Stacks really great with many preworkouts it you could honestly use Endurance as a preworkout, add some caffeine and you're set. Endurance is a top contender for sure.

So I used Endurance with the Focus XT preworkout and they paired real well. Fantastic focus with the stamina and beta alanine from endurance as well as the actual Bcaa's was a great combo. A little stiff in tris and back from earlier. But I really felt a lot better today.

Reps for 635 on racks. That's huge. I do rack pulls every other week. I haven't ever tried more then 455 for 6 and that's a chore. Great job.
