Solid training today. Got my endurance all chugged down before first working set. I'm sure this is the way I like to take it best. Great energy and recovery, my wife actually complained I was taking to long so I had to wrap it up.

I just called them db chicken wings. Seemed appropriate.
Thanksgiving training in a hurry.
Took a scoop of Endurance mixed with a scoops of Volatile. It was pretty tasty!
Drank the whole thing, waited about 10 minutes and started deadlifting. It was a great day!

Are chicken wings for shoulders?
Bench pressed the day before no supps just to get it in.
Yesterday:
Im pretty sure the CoP was kicking hard, I had lots of stamina even though I was training super late. Great session, rear delts were pumped from all the rows. Still love that orange flavor. It also doesn't stain your shaker! I had a buddy that used some orange BCAA, or preworkout, dont know what, and it really stained up his shaker.

I absolutely love the inclsion of COP and BA in Endurance, it makes all the difference in the world, IMO. Especially after a few weeks of regular use (BA especially has a cumulative effect) you can really feel the difference! You continue to impress with those dips at 243! Bad ass!
You sure know how to make a guy feel good.
MN peak beta + I responded well. Take for instance OHP, I noticed a big difference in the work I was able to do.Seriously, brother! 243 is no joke to be doing dips at! Have you ever tried any other supp with COP in it before?
Thank you sir.Damn, nice PR on the Deads. Volatile and Endurance are a nice combo for sure. I'm feelin' the CoP too, first time using, really seems to buffer the lactic acid effect. I can squeeze in an extra rep or 2 I feel like..

The orange is my favorite. Melon is really good, but I love orange.
Nice weight, 243 lbs. I have been bulking since August and finally broke 240 lbs. Soon I will have to start my cut hoping to hold into some really good weight this season.
Awesome endurance tonight even though I trained with major freaking intensity. Continuing to just chug endurance during warmup sets. Yummy and beneficial!

I think I would have gotten 500 if I was a little fresher. I just pulled 495 on Thursday after all. My RDL turned into SLDL so I just went with it. Gym weight was 237.5. Must have been super bloated when I hit 243 the other day. I've restructured my nutrient timing to eating every three hours, so that may be why.
Great work on those deads dude! Make sure you watch your salt and sugar if you're getting bloated like that and up your water intake. Its likely water retention since I'd doubt you were holding 6 extra lbs of poop. Lol
That sounds right. All the Thanksgiving sweets followed by Mexican food pre training...
Great training, huge stamina.

So yeah, kind of decided to destroy delts and tris with volume. Luckily endurance made it easy.
So how does this honestly compare with other similar products you have used?
I didn't post this but it was on Wednesday.
Scheduling issues so third day of hardcore training in a row, and couldn't sleep Tuesday night. Body is devastated. Thankfully I had Endurance. It is one of the best BCAA products there is.
Squats, no belt

This was probably one of the most challenging trainings I've done. After third set I realized I'd only had fiber carbs for the day, so I popped 30 g. of dextrose in my mouth and ate it raw. Waited about 5 minutes and nailed the fourth set.

Yes I said that.
Another fantastic session on Monday. I was beat the F up for Tuesdays Press session though. I powered through anyway. Got some good volume in. I was looking at the Endurance label and I actually forgot it had citrulline malate. Jeez what a great product.

Reps for 635 on racks. That's huge. I do rack pulls every other week. I haven't ever tried more then 455 for 6 and that's a chore. Great job.
Lol. One rep anyway.
I actually gave you reputation points for the one rep. That's huge!
Had the grand idea to do bench press and tris, and back and bis the next day but I trashed the hell out of my chest and tris and had an uber stressful experience that night and the next morning so I didn't do back and bis.
Really hammered the volume for this session. Felt strong, was strong. Had good recovery, good energy, great endurance.
