The Drive Experience

I was feeling pretty good today in the gym. I dropped the leg press and im gonna start incorporating deadlifts. The weight is a little low on the deads, but this is my first time trying them and I wanted to make sure I had my form on point.

Strength-Great, moved more weight than last week

Felt good today in the gym. Unfortunately the weight didnt go up any, but I guess this happens sometimes. Just as long as its not a habit. I have a cardiologist apointment coming up in about a month so im gonna start throwing in some post workout cardio to kinda build up my endurance(and maybe stop some fat gain) Ive noticed alot more energy after a workout with drive, even though the body part worked is screaming I feel i can still get in a lil cardio.

Endurance- Great, loving it with the post workout cardio, i kept bumping up the incline and speed.

Libido-High
Muscle Density- Felt very hard in the gym today
Energy- great
