I was feeling pretty good today in the gym. I dropped the leg press and im gonna start incorporating deadlifts. The weight is a little low on the deads, but this is my first time trying them and I wanted to make sure I had my form on point.

ABS-Machine Crunches

Strength-Great, moved more weight than last week
Bodyweight Comp- Ill check later this week, I got 4 lbs in 2 weeks
Pumps- Great
Endurace-Good
Agression- Good
Focus- Really on today
Libido-High
Muscle Density- great
Energy- Good
