Is it still pool weather ov'ere in Sac Town? The friggin ground's covered in permafrost over here. It was -15C here last night.
 
Damn cold by SD standards lately, can almost see my breath in the morning. :sorry: Rockin the lemon kush and watching the Penn and Teller "Bull****" show. Eh, decent.

Just woke up from a nice sleep. Boss called and gave me a couple more days on the schedule to work.. And I need anything i can get because i'm a poor basstard. I'll order my 5 Kilo's of AAKG and mix it in with my Coke co I can make better profits. My car's windshield wipers are acting funny again and I hope it doesn't rain. Fat chick came over last night and she told me she was wearing metal underwear... "Knock Knock" said the Cokk.

No AP action whatsoever... Had to turn on the shemale porn for a few to get solid then carry on my JO session into the bathroom for easy clean-up.

Almost stepped in dog **** this morning when i went to answer the house phone.. Now i got more work to do.. maybe i'll clean up the dog **** while i do my body weighted lunges so i can at least benefit from something so nasty.

Haven't spoken to my favorite Colombian on AIM lately and i'm going threw withdraw. Never has not being able to chat about Sand filled weights and Real Gears hurt so much :(

Cissus doesn't do **** for my knee... nor does anything else... The only time my knee doesn't hurt is when i'm receiving a BJ... and just to say, I haven't had one in quite a while.. ouch!

Someone on Facebook sent me a friend request the other day.. it turned out to be some dude i went to High School with. I didn't recognize him because he became an All Out Body Builder.. he was telling me he has been a Certified Personal Trainer and shtt... Like he was giving me a sales pitch or sum10... I don't need no fukking training... plus what would he say if he seen my plastic weights with Sand in them? a couple of them have leaks ya know?

I told some girl when i met her that i workout in a gym.. She asked me for the name of my gym, as to try and call my bluff, and i told her "Umm, It's called the 'Love Shack and Rack'." She bought it for the time being.. Then came over and laughed at all the plastic stacked on the barbel i use for bench pressing.. I can't never win..

Fukk Goodskie! But in a good way ;)

lol I never left the Gulag... btw body weight goodmornings are so easy you can do them anywhere. Had a guy ask me today while I was doing them in my office if I was having a seizure... nothing like bending over over and over again for a nice lower back pump.

Sup sippers! Friday nights have gotten friggin boring around here as of late. It's no fun going out to do sh!t when it's -15C. Midas well have a coupla coldies and catch up on some fat chick ATM stories.
 
Went to bed early last night. Eyes got kinda tired from all the reading i've been doing in my Novel lately. JayV24 reminds me of the Character Mal'akh in the story.

Found a bogus charge on my credit card account. Had to call the bank and find out what was wrong.. they instructed me to write a letter to the bank stating my problem if i wanted my money back. So i wrote up a letter and when i went to go print it, my printer didn't work... WTF! so i had to call india for them to assist me with my problem... finally got it working and got my shtt printed.

Some fat chick who i work with at the hospital told me she is ok with hooking up as friends and that she is exciting about going down on me lol... so as soon as that happens, i'll have a nice story for ya'll to read... in the mean time i need to write something fresh for ya'll... its getting pretty dry around here, kinda like Doogsy's Mangina.

My older but smaller brother asked me last night, "BHG, how long should I wait until I run another Mdrol cycle?" And very calmly and quickly I answered him, "Small fry, you only need to wait 4 weeks after you do a cycle... you'll be fine"

Some other fat chick from Facebook said that the movie "New Moon" sucked.. the second in the Twilight Series.. Now i'm kinda upset because I was looking forward to seeing that movie.. now i'm kinda scared to blow 10$ in the movie theater to see a bum movie.

Oh and i've been losing some weight.. Staying on this Low Carb Diet has been doing wonders.. I appear to be smaller but i still have all my fat... i guess low carbs means that your muscles will shrink or sum10... i'm not totally sure... But According to my scale, 10 days ago i weighed 236lbs.. and this morning i'm 229lbs At least i'm losing something

I had a really good delt workout yesterday. A friend of mine, or sum10 like that, said i should hit my delts in a specific order.. Like Shoulder Press, then hit the rear delts, then the side, then the front.. but i dont know shtt about any of that to be honest... Who cares.

Got paid yesterday also, and i'm gonna cash my 552$ paycheck which is two weeks worth of work.. thats right, i'm one poor a$$ mother Fukker.. I'm "As Needed" and it Blows!

Still waiting on my February Job!!! Mdrol for 90 Days straight then!

LOL Actually on the same date I got the charge, I also got a notice in the mail about missing court... It said i had an unpaid parking ticket on some weird road.. so i looked it up and its a road right down the street from an "Old Country Buffet" so now i'm really startin to think it was one of my fat chicks!

Now i'm wondering how the hell Jay new about all this!! Maybe him and the Fat girl went out to dinner for two at my expense!!

If it ever happens again, at least bring me home something to eat... i'm out 40$ with an empty stomach.... Christ

This should be awesome CT material for sure :lol: Rockin some turkey burgers and salmon filets for breakfast. Got 3 coronas in the freezer, gonna get my buzz on before noon like a true lush. Drinking alone at that...All the signs are there. Might c0cktail some DMX/ambien CR later on and see where the wind takes me.
