Sup sippers! SFW sucked ass tonight! I prolly shoulda taken a day off after 5 days straight. My strength was in the sh!tter, like 60% of usual. I felt like a Not Big!
 
Had the day off SFW, did a little light cardio on the beach with my new iPod - plenty of hot tottie - met this purple penis eater, so there may be AP down the track ;)

Carbed up, about 400g feel bloated and disgusting - now I know how BestHomeGym must feel every day.

I dont go back to work for another 10 days - took some 'sick leave'. The plan is to work on my tan, SFW, eat and JO. The purple penis eater has provided for the WankBank, even if no AP eventuates :lol:

Gonna do another aerobics class toms, got my leotard already prepared at the end of my bed :thumbsup:
 
I do not eat that many carbs!! But i've been on the Chocolate binge for a while... its everywhere and its hard to say no to a Reeses!

WTF is it with everyone getting banned recently?

I saw a shoplifter get put clean through a plate-glass window yesterday before doing a runner on his moped with security chasing him. That was pretty cool. Just a pity that the shoplifting moped rider got away, dunno if I hate him more because he's a thief or because he rides a moped though. :lol:
