All right! All right! All right!

it was tough to find, but I snagged myself and tub of All Out SWEAT BLUE HAWAIIAN from I.F.

I haven’t logged anything in and while so thought I’d log this after getting so many recommendations from the good bros in here.

so and little about me and this log:

im currently cruising on 125mg of test E and week, as well as using 2.5-5 mg of albuterol 5-6 days a week.
I’ve been on this for about 5 months so the If there’s changes, it won’t be because if these items.

i won’t be changing anything I’m doing except adding in all out sweat. Diet/training will be exactly the same.

my training: I’m and triathlete, so I’m swimming/biking/running on any given day with cardio being done 6-7 days and week.
Saturday and Sunday are 3-4 hour cardio sessions. Weekdays are 30-44 minute sessions.
Resistance training is done 2-3 days and week, where I get it in between clients as I’m and trainer/coach.

2 months post Ironman weight had gone up to 195 from 178.
it is back down to 178-180 where it’s holding.
I’m at around 14-15% body fat.
—-

okay, I took 3/4 and scoop this morning and I got to say, this is probably the best tasting pre workout I’ve ever used.
It really is and shame the company isn’t making this flavor anymore.
I think I’m going to have to go search and stock up on all the ones I can find.

began feeling the effects within 15 minutes.
Typing this up in between sets of leg exercises before I start work in 20min.
So far, it’s going fantastic.
This morning’s workout so you have an idea of my weight training:

Leg extension: 130 x 20x3
Standing, Single leg curls: 15lbs, 20x3
Front full squat 95x8, 135x8x2
Power clean: 135x 5
Hang clean: 135x 5
Then it was time to get to work for my first appointment.
So I try and bang out weights when I get a space, usually it’s only 20_25 minutes, sometimes I get 55 minutes.

I haven’t eaten anything this morning, and won’t get my first meal until 1pm. But so far, all out sweat is doing its job as I’m not hungry!

I like that there is no coloring in this.
I understood the psychological aspect of coloring something but it really isn’t needed if it taste great.

i was pleasantly surprised when I mixed it up and it WASNT blue. 😂

and it still tasted fantastic! I’d describe it as and tropical taste with strong coconut vibes.

today I mixed and full heaping scoop with 12oz of coconut water, and 2.5mg of albuterol.
Yesterday I did just AOS solo to gage it, today I’ll be keeping the albuterol low to continue to gage it’s effects. If all goes well I’ll bump the albuterol up to 5mg tomorrow with 1 scoop.

i didn’t have any crash yesterday which was nice.
Have and full schedule tonight but hopefully I can get some back in someplace.

I've got back today. Luckily my schedule is pretty consistent and I typically always try and get in my workout in my home gym in the morning.

Been going great. In really like I can take this at around 4pm and it doesn’t affect my sleep.

went for a short 2 mile run after hitting my back since it was 91 outside. Summer is coming so gotta begin getting acclimated.
Yesterday was a 1200 meter swim and that was it. Back was a little sore but it’s fine today.
Gonna try for some shoulders today.
Gonna bump the albuterol up to 5mg and see how everything works together.

Had a big exercise weekend planned but Friday morning my wife decided she wanted to take the kids to California.
So I’m off for the weekend.
Re start on Monday.

It’s Monday and I’m back on the grind!
Since I took 3 days off, I’m starting the week off with just 1 scoop.

So got in some running this morning, then some sprints in the bike this afternoon since it was 100 out if figured I’d take advantage of the heat.
Took a scoop plus 2.5mg of albuterol but possibly because of the biking, my appetite came back so I had to have a shake in between clients tonight.
Hit some light shoulders and chest after work.
Swim tomorrow morning.

Swim tomorrow morning.
Wish I had the dedication to be a triathlete  I use to swim a lot but just don't want to pay for a gym membership that has a pool.

Swimming is probably the best cardio to let your knee rest a little if you have knee pain versus biking or running. Knee pain is the worst :(

For sure. I think it was the crank on my new bike causing the issue. I got a gravel bike to begin riding to work. The crank arm is 2.5mm longer than what I normally ride. I swapped it out on Monday and had no pain riding to work yesterday, and it’s feeling more better this morning.
Hit upper body yesterday evening. Chest is already getting sore this morning.
