The Best thing for Pain

I have really bad pain in my joints when I lift heavy, what is the best thing I could take for it? I am already taken Glutamine,Glucosamine,MSM and of course other vitamins.
 
LeanOne is probably right on this one.

You can also try celery seed extract, boswellia, bromelain, quercitin and a host of other natural anti-inflammatories.
 
I think that's good advice.

My wife gets good results from using glucosamine in conjunction with grape seed extract.

I got best results myself from MSM and SAMe is great, though expensive.

You might also consider adding bromelain and/or boswellia to your regimen.

[Edit: Bioman beat me to it on that last point. Its nice to have a busy board with lots of helpful people. :) ]
 
here's a word on behalf of cetyl myristoleate (sp?), described as a waxy material that helps lubricate joints. It's been a big help getting the arthritis under control.

green-lipped muscle extract is a good addition to a joint stack, too.

Flax oil, and omega fatty acids in general help lubricate the joints. I notice a huge difference when i ran out of flax oil and forgot ot get more.. joints started to hurt. THen i got more and it was like magic, a couple days later im back to normal
 
400-600 mg of deca a week for 12-14 weeks does wonders for your joints....be shure to use test at the same time at 200mg higher than the deca usage !
