Yep, basically has the consistency of regular sugar so it pours and mixes very well.

You better beliueve I am going to try this out...if it DOES, the uses are going to be widely various...healthy Caramel Rolls, ice cream toppings, etc.

I am also curious to use these in a gummy product I want to play with that Splenda did NOT work on.
