The Arachidonic Acid Help Guide

I been on ArA 1g for one week. Increased the dose to 1.5g yesterday.

So far the workouts are going great. Been working out 6 times a week.
I look more swollen, the pumps are awesome, and it feels like strength is increasing.
Only down side is more acne and the damn DOMS. Hell they are painful.

With my second bottle I will add ABE + F95.
 
This has probably been answered somewhere in this thread but the search function isn't working for me for some reason. Anyways...ABE directs you to take 4 caps a day with food. If taking having a pre workout meal at 2-3 hours pre workout and my XFA 45 minutes pre workout, should I dose 2 caps ABE with my pre meal or with the XFA? Then the other two caps immediately post or with my post meal which is about an hour post workout?

I like to dose it pre-workout and then dose two more with the post meal.

Ive been using 2 with my preworkout meal at about 330/4 then i work out at about 530. and take my other two post workout with a shake/meal at about 7. just to give you reference as to my timing.

The DOMs can get worse at higher doses, but the results are also amplified which makes it worth the while.

Dose the ABE with food then the XFA closer to your workout
 
All 4 ABE with my 3 hour pre meal or just 2 and then 2 post meal?

Nah split it 2/2. I was referring specifically to the pre workout part :D
 
Ah crap, I have ben taking my Orange Triad near my doses of X-Gels. Should I neglect the first 7 workouts and dose it for 50 from here on out, or just forget about it and continue for 43 more days? I break up my doses so I never took all 6 tabs near my X-Gels dosing, only 3 OT.

You'll be fine, just continue your cycle like you planned on doing.

I switch from OT to anavite when I run ArA. It has 1g carnitine per 3 tablets in it too.

I'm new to OT so it completely slipped my mind. I'd hate to scrambel right now to find a good multi at a good price. I'll wait until the 4th of July if any are on sale. If not, I will continue this run with OT. Instead of dosing 3 in the morning and 3 at night, I will take all 6 in the morning or night depending on when I train.
 
I read something that said boron is an anti inflammatory but who knows if that's true, I take my viron in the am and workout at least 10 hours later

People greatly over think and place too much emphasis on the use of anything mildly anti inflammatory alongside Arachidonic Acid.

Years of X-Factor logs have shown that quite a few variables can be added in and it wont deter from the benefits of ArA at all. The only things to avoid are very high doses of olive oil, fish oil, flax oil and NSAIDs. Those fatty acid sources can still be used in moderation, there is zero need to cut them out all together.

Ive heard of people avoiding anti oxidants all together on ArA to avoid anything anti inflammatory... clearly that is going overboard. No need to over complicate it, only diets very high in the above listed ingredients will null the anabolic effects of ArA.

Thanks guys, it's crazy how OCD people get about all aspects of BBing, especially over thinking supplementation. ArA seems like an ingredient people have a hard time "getting" and I think the reason why is simply that they're over complicating it in their minds.

It's the primary fatty acid responsible for regulating protein synthesis... eating antioxidant rich fruit or taking a multi is not going to somehow make its profound effect on the body null and void.

That is up to personal preference. Some prefer to take AnaBeta Elite with a pre-workout meal. I personally just take 2 caps pre-workout, so I would just dose those 2 caps at the same time I take my ArA + GMS + Carnitine.
 
I heard you can't take ara on Wednesdays or if it's raining.. Thoughts?

As others have mentioned, it is great to ask Qs, be curious, and to always strive to stay informed. In fact, that's what these forums are all about and what makes this such a great community! We certainly don't mind one bit fielding any and all XF/ArA questions, always happy to help.

I dont think T Bone criticizes you because you ask questions; i think its more to do with the fact you major in the tiniest of minors haha.

Allright. I guess it does not really matter when you take it, as long you take one dose pre workout and another one later. Just wanted to check. :)
I'm with bolt as that's how I usually dose it as well...neither is wrong...so try it both ways and see which you prefer :)

Does ArA have any type of "rebound effect". Is there any chance of gyno while taking this at all?
