Lol if we put a 100k bench, guarantee that will be done within 2 months as some of these members bench every other day :)

Well todays squat session was almost a puke fest.

Oh how I wish knee to shoulder leg presses counted but that would be overkill lol

I've been doing some math and by my calculations as long as everyone else does at least 50k squats, I will do atleast 40k before January 1st to hit the 100k.

I've dropped too much weight doing this extreme high rep bizz...
I just stepped on scale n got scared!

U must eat a boatload to keep training like that...

Well I'm cutting so weight drop isn't that bad lol. Eating around 1500-1800 calories now and dropping weight each day, so not eating a boatload haha. I think mainly it is glycogen and water loss from high volume work.

But I need to grow for my next show..

NBD just add your normal workout numbers here. No need to change up your programming, especially if prepping for a comp
 
Did 4 x10 barbell squats Monday and 6x10 hack squats Wednesday. That's 100 more. Total -10737

Another 235 and now we are up to 10,972
 
Well I wouldn't say I hit my limit today, as that makes it seem like I have a limit, which I will never admit to having, but I did hit an obstacle. I did 3,000 back squats and after that I tried to do some barbell hack squats, I did 100 of those until my heart started to hurt so I called that a day. Going on vacation for a week, so no more squats till the 13th.

10,972+3,100= 14,072
 
That is how I made them out, was trying to drop 2lbs a week. I almost was thinking of PSMF, but decided against that.
Aye man I'm at 1800 going down 100 each week till vacation. Will be at 1400 on my last week. I feel yah haha.

Anyways, rough first day back in the gym. Went with like 45% effort and was shaky as ****! Ugh, damn pneumonia.

Thats my thought as well! People could just come up in here and be like "yea put me down for 2000squats" Something like that is hard for me to believe....unless there bw squats! Still, 2000 BW squats would be pretty hard!

Seriously, 3000? Even just body weight that's crazy. Quick math, if it takes a second to do a squat, that's fifty minutes of squatting, lol
