Nice log , I got SA , AE , and epiplex in my upcoming PCT (among other stuff). The headache from the AE is news to me...can you tell us more about it? Been on a 1-andro cycle and was looking forward to no more / less lethargy but this headache thing is concerning me...

P.s. also read you work in a prison, are you not able to use gym equipment there? JW lol

I’ve just started running AE a couple weeks ago. No headaches here.

I got headaches. I’ve read of some others getting them, not a totally common side tho from what I saw. It subsided after not too long and unsure if it was caused by something in my pre not mixing well, melatonin grogginess when waking mixed with AE, or something else.

I work in a county facility (though granted it’s one of the bigger counties in the state), there is no gym that staff has access to, just a small “gym” for the inmates which isn’t a whole lot.

Haha that’d be a good way to get fired 😂. They just have this three-way equipment thing (leg press/curl, lat pull down/row, and machine bench/shoulder press). And then a pull up bar and ****, treadmill. It’s not bad I guess most of the other surrounding county facilities don’t have anything or just have a pull up/dip bar.

Also final review is coming. I’ve been sick and thus just haven’t felt like reviewing. Lol sorry.

Haha those may still exist to some degree in state or fed facilities. I know a lot of places got rid of **** like that because of weights being thrown at heads and all that fun ****.

A few dudes who bounce in and out of where I work have told me about being on powerlifting teams and **** up state back in the heyday, so I don’t really know lol.

i live in a area where prisons are a huge employer both state and federal [terre haute] and know many prison guards....i've never asked any of them about weights, but i will do that now.

I've wondered that to. I wouldn't think they would be getting super high protein meals in there to grow but maybe i'm wrong.

Like I said county level vs state/feds will be different. Where I’m at the majority of the population are addicts. A lot of them don’t care for the weights and are serving 3-6 month PVs. So they just kind of chill and wait to get back out and do their thing again.

I’ve seen a few guys come in and bulk up pretty heavy. It’s a lot of carbs and some protein. County commissary is not as favorable as state/feds (pretty sure you can get protein shake packets up state and stuff like that). So they’ll eat the meals we serve (lots of carbs, like 4 pieces of bread 3x/day), milk every meal, juice every meal, and then lots of chi-chis (ramen noodles, cheese , processed sausage, etc), sweets, oatmeal, and protein bars if they can afford it.

Upstate dudes have access to more drugs also and I’ve seen people I know come out who were juicing up state lol so that definitely occurs and is real and prob a big part of it. All kinds of drugs come in and out. Just where I’m at with a lot of people serving small PVs they either stay clean for those couple of months or if they’re going to risk doing drugs, it’s gonna be the ones they like.

FINAL REVIEW:
Weight Gain: 189.8lbs —> 195-197lbs (+6-8lbs)
  • I added some solid weight. A bit of fit but not totally as visible as I would have thought. I’ve been off AE/SA 10 days-2 weeks(ish) so taking some time after stopping to really look at things can help perspective.

Strength Gain: +5lbs or so on bench (285x4 —> 290x3)
  1. It’s a bit hard to gage since I switched my programming mid way thru, but in the beginning I failed a 3x5 with 285lbs hitting 5,5,4 to at the near ending hitting 290x3 for four sets (all paused). Bench is really one of the only exercises I’m able to strength train bc of training limitations. **My last day which I did not posted I hit 305x1, 305x1, 310x1 which are all paused 1RM PR’s and they flew smooth like butter 😎 so strength was def impacted fairly well especially seeing this is a natural supplement.
Side Effects: MILD SIDES
  • I had mild side effects from the AE. Headaches and some lethargy on the early start. Lot of factors that could play into that, but I feel pretty confident it was an effect of the AE. I adapted fairly easy after a week or so and was definitely easily manageable.

ANABOLIC EFFECT - AE has definitely been a good product. Good pumps, some slight body recomp, and perhaps a strength boost. In all honesty I’m not sure how much of the results I can or cannot attribute to AE and I’m not entirely blown away like a lot of reviews have seemed to lead on. I think it is a good product and again as a natural formula certainly provided a bit of a slight ‘boost’.

I, however, would not place it over epicatechin, for example. Perhaps my slow paced dosing, or rather short duration was in part due to this opinion. Maybe running 4 weeks thru at 6/day instead of half dosing the first week(ish) would’ve kicked things up towards the end. Or maybe it would’ve gotten better had I prolonged it to 8 weeks. Or maybe I was just expecting a bit more based off reviews. Also I think it’s something that would shine more had I been lifting in my regular gym training with higher volume and would reap some real hypertrophy gains from it. Overall I give it 7/10.

Though in all fairness I kind of hate reviewing with numbers. I’d prefer someone to just read my experience and decide for themselves how it ranks based off my feedback/results. Cheers y’all!
 
Also I forgot to mention, vascularity was increased and lasted all day. Had received some comments about my veins a few times while using AE and that was while I was bulking and increasing weight/BF. So that was definitely the biggest positive I can for sure attribute to AE.

Fullness was increased a bit as well. And like I said I think this aspect may have been more pronounced had I been able to train more ‘normally’ (by my standards).

Nice write up! I’ve read it in its entirety and will keep your experience in mind. Currently I’m stacking M-Test / SA /AE /Epi as a means for PCT.

Pretty much the same PCT I used for 1&4andro run. I used SA, AE, Epi, and Rebirth and did me good. Best of luck
