This is how I will be when I get to my new gym. Always told myself I would switch, but it is sooo cheap. With the expected move next year, I for sure will have a chance to look around.Thanx guys!

Sorry for not updating yesterday...action packed. I ended up doing back and biceps. Back is definitely my strongest and favorite day...I made it a 2 a day. I went to the gym later for biceps.

My back was torched only to head over to the park and hit about 10 min of intense plyometric cardio with some friends...after that ate a sh*t ton took a nap and then back to the gym for biceps:

50lb to failure, 40lb to falure, 35lb to failure, 30lb to failure,25lb to failure. Then I repeated this once more.

Work all day today but I am going to try and make it for cardio. I forgot to mention I stopped ECA about 2 weeks ago. Fat burners are just not for me. I started getting chronic bloody noses from all the aspirin so I said f**k it.

I assumed three times a day, as it is fairly standard, but I guess if you are prone to nosebleeds in general, then the blood thinning effects of any level of aspirin can cause issue. Sucks, ECA is a really cheap effective stack .I was using baby aspirin but 3xday for I think I was on it for 6 weeks and it took a toll. My nostrils have always had nose bleed problems so the baby apsirin basically allowed it to happen much easier.

Absolutely love the AL...has definitely aided in some great vascularity and helping lean me out. Must have a clean diet though...of course lol. After I stop the var next week it will be 2 weeks of AL solo so I will report true effects but like I said, as of now amazing combination!

Interesting news is that the doc said my FSH, LH, and GH are all very normal...am I not shut down????
The bad part of my blood work is my cholesterol, HDL is low and LDL is high, but that is as expected when taking steroids =)
