toss some eq in the mix and use the tren. eq effects collegen synthesis similarly to nandralone. its not quite as pronounced but it will help. you want vascular. you fuggin got it with that stack.

Ab and I have been talking about doing a comp similar to the transformers log. We will both be doin our first inject cycle I believe.. :-)

Rough bro but that's a solid career..

its all in how you prioritize everything bro. i managed to hit the gym and work when i went to college for a semester. i've also worked 84 hour weeks and managed to get to the gym. 3 days a week is plenty imo. follow a true HIT program 3x a week and you'll be happy. look at rr's gains in dc or valdez for that matter. thats 3x a week and when i hit it hard and start pulling time off rest periods, 45-50 minute work outs.

i know getting the best education possible and making sure you excel at school is important especially when you're paying out the ass to be in debt for the next 15 years of your life, but anything is do-able if you put your mind to it.

This is very true. I know I won't be touching them in vet school just because I know my life will be hectic but once I get a rythem down who knows =)

I definitely want to start looking into those shorter work outs that are 3xweek. It will definitely fit my life style lol. Also, when I got into lifting at 15 I fell in love with it and it definitely necame a passion.

For now though I am hitting the gym as if I will never be able to go back!

Funny you mentioned that lol...the other day we took care of a 135lb mastiff that was very aggressive. We wanted to find out if it had a gastrointestinal obstruction so we had to feed it barium and soot x-rays on it every 30min over the period of 4 hrs....jeez that was a task. Turns out it was obstructed so it went into surgery at 430 in the afternoon. We found a peach pit stuck in its intestines lol.

Today I carbed the f**k up =)
Went 1 full week on extremely low carbs so I stocked back up, cheese tortillini....yummmmm!

This Thursday will be 5 weeks on var! I am amazed! This cycle is flying by =( I wish I never had to come off lol. I have actually been planning my next which is going to be an all out bulk....until then =)

I have a dilema for all my followers. I need some advice...

Here is the situation. At my gym I am NOT allowed to grunt, drop weights, or even olympic lift. They have even given people **** for dead lifting heavy...not to mention the DB only go to 75lb.

I have an opportunity to go to another gym where the DB go up to 125lb and I can do whatever I want.

My only dilema I that I will lose my work out partner. He is very crossfit driven so he doesn't mind the current gym bc he can just do heavyolympic lifts at cross fit. I am not a crossfit person nor do I want to be...I am a lifter. My work out partner is really good though and we get amazing workouts in not to mention he is one of my best friends.

What do I do? I cannot progress weight wise with a lot of rhings due to light DB and no olympic lifts. In turn I get a grewat wo partner. Or leave to a gym where I can progress...

You must lift at PF....also I found it way better to lift alone I can concentrate way more and focus on the weights...plus you can advance on your weight more...I think you have to look at what is for the greater good of yourself...sometimes in life you just have to do you
 
I started lifting alone about a year and a half ago. I prefer it now. The only bad thing for me is on flat bench days I don't have a spot. Other than that I feel more focused and I feel like I get more accomplished now. Do what's best for u man.
 
Thanx guys, what's holding me back is the good work out partner. I like having a spotter so I can lift heavy but now I've surpassed the gym, and yes it is PF =) I hate it there. I can get a good deal at LA. I think I'm going to switch...
 
I hate not having a spotter. I love getting what takes 2 people an hour and a half done in 45 minutes alone. Sometimes solitude is nice others it fuggin' blows. That is a decision for you and you only.

New gym pronto! The other gym will much better suit your goals bro. Let the body do cross fit while you turn into the hulk!
 
Thanx bros for all the advice. I kinda knew what I wanted just reassurance. I've always had a partner though to help with heavy weight and it really does help you push more. Unfortunately, my partner has very different goals. Lately, I have been prefering to go alone and do what I want to do. I can't stand how gay my gym is though. No deadlifting? Really? I guess the only pro for staying is a wo partner...doesn't seem worth it.
 
**** that. Olympic lifts are my favorite. i do them every saturday. because my trainer says thats the fun day!

I haven't really trained with olympic lifts but I've been trying to learn them (without success). My gym just gives me sh*t.
 
Update:

Worked all day today, 830am to 830pm =( I took today off but will be lifting legs and shoulders. I will be focusing on shoulders because it is a weak aspect of mine. I already have a chronic chaffing problem due to having thick legs =(

I will be transitioning from adex to aromasin this week. I can't seem to find my sweet spot with adex. At 0.5mg my sex drive is shot, joints hurt, but I look dry and vascular. At 0.25mg I bloat up, nips are slightly sensitive, but my joints are fine and my sex drive is great. I will play around with aromasin to see how that works out. I will be completely dropping adex by Thursday and running aromasin at 12.5mg EOD by Friday. I will also try to get b/w done to see where I stand. I am debating going to my primary physician. I kind of want to talk about how I am on cycle. Any suggestions of good docs to see?
