Hey man I'm pretty new to this so don't take my word for it, but I was thinking about adding var to the last 6 weeks of my cycle when I start it and I had a couple vets tell me that unless your single digit body fat Var is a waste of money. Because its so mild it's more of a show steroid meaning its going to give you a harder look and a few more veins but very little strength gain. And if you 10%+ you won't be able to see the effects of it. Like I said don't take my word 100% on that. And if u are single digits completely ignore this post lol I just didn't want to see someone spend a lot of money on it and it not benefit them. Great job so far though man keep it up.

Hit chest again today...I didn't want to but I haven't worked out with my gym partner in like 3 weeks due to conflicting schedules. Still keeping the intesity at bay this week, I'm so freaked out and paranoid I don't want to get sick lol.

Update:

Yesterday I worked all day so took the day off from the gym. I'm on my way to lift now. Going to hit shoulders, traps, and core today.

I would say a successful day in the gym. I don't go big on shoulders. I feel that chest and back really hit shoulders hard so on my shoulder days I work out for maintaining strength.

I found my sweet spot with SD. if I take all 20mg in the begining of the day I don't get the extreme nausea. Had a great shoulder pump going on. I love it, everyone stare at the gym. People seem to get discouraged around me lol and walk away =)

Thats even better. I work out in a sausage factory on a military base though. Some of them broads are bigger than me
 
Haha first off u workout in a sausage factory, that's unsanitary and I'm sure the USDA does not approve.

The other day I went to the gym, normally I just lift at home, and it was packed. So I loaded 185lbs on a bar and stared doing power clean & press. By the 4th rep the room was cleared. We were there to do legs but I knew that if u start doing man things the room will clear out.

On another note had a Pr 460lbs on dead lifts!

I love when that. It makes me feel so alpha. When i went up to ny a week ago all the meat heads at my gym were asking what i was on and if i could get them some. I said go to the grocery store. 4 cans of tuna and a filet mignon a day is all i take.

Haha yeah all I ever say is my diet is perfect lol, then they stop asking questions.
 
I feel so guilty, I lett my diet go the past week or so and wow carbs bloat the f**k out of me. Today I am back on my strategic carb eating diet. Very low carbs and high quality fat.

Do you cycle those macros? Keeping carbs super low on your training days could be detrimental to progress in terms of muscular gain.

The helladrol is true but I didnt get bigger from it, just leaner. Technically though you are right lol, it isnt natty. I do cycle carbs. On training days I eat carbs for breakfast and after my lifts. When I say carbs I mean whole wheat breads, oatmeal etc, not vegetables. Although the main carb in vegetables is cellulose which we cannot even digest. Typical training days I will eat a whole wheat belgium waffle for bfast and throw in strawberries and bananas in my post work out shake.

Sounds like a tasty post-WO shake. For whatever reason I've never been a huge fan of fructose after my workout. On Friday I went with Swedish Fish along with my post-WO shake lol.

I make the batter and have a waffle maker. Best investment since protein lol.

This is actually my first run with fruit in post wo shakes. I used to just buy bulk dextrose and flavored powder and make my own cell tech. So far I am enjoying the fruit not to mention I really never eat fruit so its a good way to incorporate it into my diet.

I just had an amazing arm work out. My pump was so intense I felt my biceps ripping through my skin. Strangely after I washed the blood from the tear in my arms I saw tough green skin. Then I got angry and smashed the gym apart =)

Close grip bench press:

Took 2 slinshot post work out and now I am drinking a double scoop protein shake with 1 cup of milk, 2 cups pf frozen strawberries, and one banana.

I've got another week and a half on epi...interested to see how test is by itself.

Lucky! SD was definitely awesome stuff. It was unfortunate that I came down with that respiratory infection for most of it but I will definitely be running SD in the future for a PH run. My sides were minimal, I don't know if the test kept a lot at bay but the only thing I could complain of was the nausea. I found that taking all 20mg in the morning kept the nausea away. Did SD work? Well, to put it in perspective, I was out of the gym for 2 weeks, basically when I started the SD, and when I got back in the gym I was actually stronger. That's after 2 weeks of no gym and being sick =)

Yeah SD is much more enjoyable with test, it keeps u getting lethargic. That's good u didn't vicious back pumps like some ppl do(including me). Wait til u can really go balls deep on bro, you'll b blown away.

I kept forgetting I was on test and kept thinking what is everyone talking about, SD isn't harsh...

Now I cannot wait to start var. That's going to be a lot of fun.

Decent work considering I worked all day. Kept it relatively quick. I think I might run SD until Saturday.

So I have a new cycle lay out and wanted some feed back on it.

Week 1-12 test e @ 625mg/week
SD week 1-4 @ 20mg ED
Anavar week 5-12 @ 75mg ED
SD week 13 and 14 @ 20mg ED.

Reasoning...run the anavar during the peak of the testosterone. After my last shot of test its technically a gradual decline until its gone then PCT. I figure run SD again for 2 weeks to basically maintain my strength and gains. Realistically I won't be going for more gains week 13 and 14. The test will be decreasing greatly during this time. I feel that this 2 week between period is a transition phase into PCT and should be treated as one. Running the var with technically less test wouldn't yield gains as well as var with optimal test. Just a thought and would like feed back...
 
Oh I forgot to add deadlifts. It has been a while since I've done them so I eased into it and kept it light.

Deadlifts

My max dead lift which was a couple years back was 525lb. I want to break that and get 565lb on this cycle.

I will be starting anavar Thursday at 75mg ED for 50 days. Its going to be a fun fun ride.
