The Adonis Complex

I'm 2 days into week 4 and I think the test switch. Has just flipped on =) every morning I pitch a tent, boners are so rock hard it hurts lol. I've done some damage to my girlfriends p***y =) today in the gym I was Adonis tearing the weights up!

So ridiculously pumped! My chest was splitting out of my chest! My gym partner is on an androhard helladrol cycle. We are 2 beasts in the gym everyone stares like crazy lol.

I didn't go heavy on legs. I'm trying to maintain them at this point. I've always had thick legs due too a life time of ice hockey and rugby. I chaffe so much so I really don't want anymore size.

Its f**king awesome. Always pumped, veins popping out (I've never really been that vascular, no matter how lean I was. ****ty genetics) and super strong. The other day I was carrying a 90 lb pitbull in one arms like someone would hold a little chihuahua, everyone at work was just like wtf?! Are you carrying that giant dof like a purse?

T minus 4 days until Anavar =)))

Alpha as a mother!!!! I did 215 for 8 sets of 8. Could hardly go past parallel once my legs started getting pumped! It hurt so bad. I love sd pumps bro!!

Very true. I cannot seem to understand all these fools who "hate" working out legs...I feel so weak when I don't work them out. You hear all these a$$holes talkin about hitting chest every f**king day and I say s when is your leg day and they just laugh. I've seen chickens with thicker legs lol

You can always tell the "bro meat heads" that juice and want to look good for chicks, they have chicken legs and massive upper bodies. Then legit anabolic users take pride in every muscle group. Everything is equally important. Not to mention b*tches love a guy with nice legs and muscular glutes.

I can't stand those lifters who just want to bench bench bench. Honestly flat bench is one of my least favorite exercises. No disrespect to legit lifters who actuall do like to bench...

Bro I f*cking hate benching too despite what I lift, I don't even like doing chest but I do only for maintenance. If I could recover fast enough, i'd do legs 3 times a week lol. Then bitches wanna ask how u much u bench like that makes u man, like wtf? I'd rather have tree trunks any day then b all top heavy and look like a f*cking idiot.

I like doing flys, but that's it. Clean and press is my favorite. Makes me feel like a beast

People base your strength off of benching when dead lift is the real test of strength. With out your back and legs your body would fall apart!

No sh*t! I love to deadlift and hate bench. I just do incline bench to build it up and every other workout throw in a couple reps of flat bench.

I deadlift 2 times a week at least. Had a buddy ask me how much I bench... I was like my Max is at 335. He was like oh that's weak I put up 375+. I responded by asking about his deadlift and squats.... he said he didn't know because he doesn't do those "g@y" lifts. I laughed and called him a chicken leg b*tch and told him when he can bench more than my Max squat or deadlift then I would be impressed.

Haha I'm right there with you buddy. My max is probably around there too for bench but I don't like to max because for one I know I am strong and 2 I don't want to potentially injury myself just to give some jerk a number. All throughout my lifting people asked what's your bench and it was never impressive...but I could out dead lift anyone on the block lol. When I used to power lift and really train for strength a couple years back I could dead lift about 525lb but my bench was sitting around 300lb at that point lol.

The body builder who mentored me when I first started had a huge influence on me. He hated flat bench. Said it was there so people can have a c*ck measuring contest. He emphasized incline, decline, DB, flies, etc... those are what gives you that nice shapely chest.
 
Totally agree. I almost never flat bench more than 2-4 sets but I will throw down on some flys, decline and incline especially with some dumbells to get that deep stretch and ROM.
 
Yeah I agree with all this. Deadlifts r my 2nd favorite behind squats but I'm trying to let my left glute heal so I can pound them again and stop going light.
 
Bench and biceps are where its at bros. I do chest and biceps monday. Biceps and chest tuesday. Wednesday is a day off to drink with my bros. Thursday is chest and biceps and friday is biceps and chest.


I love me some deads. Especially off a trap bar. I only use that because of sh!tty hip mobility. My hips hams and glutes flex like a 2x4. I keep streching but they stay tight.

I guess people forget that legs is the base of your entire body. Weak foundation and eventually the entire stucture will fall apart.
 
Always get the largest beer available (usually about 24-32oz), request it in the thickest glass they have, take small sips so that you pick it up and put it down as often as possible. Natural bicep workout/pump. Get on my level.

I used to wrestle in high school. When I started deadlifting a lot I was tossing b*tcches all day long. Once you deadlift 405lb, it was easy as f**k to throw someone that's weighed 152. Deadlifting was the same motion as a grappling throw.

I'm 5'7" on a good day and I wear xls :) let my big old shoulders pop out. I love having big shoulders. Makes you looked jacked no matter what you wear!

I usually take the next day off from legs lol but today was a day off from work so I couldn't waste it. Binge bro but binge clean. When you are sick high protein high fluids gets you better.
