Moral is low. I have had headaches since yesterday and feel very tired. I did have an ok workout, but I experienced something pretty weird. I use benzoyl peroxyde 2.5% for my acne, and felt like I needed an instant tan, as I looked pretty white. I made the biggest mistake of my life. My face still burns like it was on fire, and it's as red as a tomatoe. So that doesn't help.. Let me tell ya I ain't in a super anabolic environment right now.. Life has it's ups and downs, and I'm in a down lol. Oh well, that's how it is! Next are 2 exams coming, so I'm tired as hell. Next thursday everything should be completed, so I should survive!

Keep your head up...you'll get through it. I've been there and know it is no fun at all! Focus on the end result my friend! ;)

Thanks a lot for the heads up guys I appreciate it! I guess I'll be ready, it's just that it's the first time I will be doing these types of exams, as it's pass or fail. I'm in networking, and I am so stressed, I just don't stop studying, I work on top of that and gotta train. I don't skip the workouts. Ever. So it's good so far. My grandfather is also in it's last months, so it's another thing that bothers me. But XF helps me keep what I have and I hope it won't back me down too much!

Workout was great today. I did the legs, and felt a lot better. I seem to get back on track with the intensity in there. I'm confident about my mid term tomorrow, so it's a good thing! I will have to study a lot tonight and hopefully all will go well tomorrow.

I started my XF today,and i also recommended XF to my Taiwanese friends, they never heard of it and looking forward to run XF. Some of them already purchased two bottles for a 50 days cycle. BTW..how many lean muscle u gained so far?
 
So far I gained about 4-5 pounds AND fatloss. It's below my XF gains norm, due to a ton of stress lately, but it's life lol.

That is still a good amount for 50 days, especially since there is not any PCT needed.
 
Thats easier :D I'm just trying to figure whether to just use 2 bottles or use 3. since it is my first shot at x-factor, i'm less sure whether the high dose is a great idea. i suppose it can only hurt so much :)

Start with two, then add the other one if you feel you can handle it!
 
true, I can always use it to extend another 25 days to 75. it seemed like a nice idea to take more than 1000mg tho to get the kickin to happen faster. I have patience issues too ;)

You have to roll with the punches of life...no doubt XF makes it a bit more manageable to maintain hard earned gains, even when your stressed and maxed out.

DAY 51

Today is an off day. I finished my exam with an 80%. I lost 100 lbs on my shoulders now. Next one is tuesday, and I will be able to finally breathe. I might go do some cardio tonight, we'll see how I feel. I'm just too proud right now!

INTENSE!!! I'm back in black baby! I have an easy test coming up tuesday, and I'll be able to gain back my mood, motivation and SIZE! I had a really good workout today. I felt like I was bulletproof! My chest and arms felt HUGE! These pics at day 100 will be promising!
 
DAY 53

I had an amazing leg workout today. I had tons of energy even though I was (still) studying all day. Now I just need to rest and recover so I can put on slabs of muscle meat! I didn't had a cheat meal today, I didn't feel like it, I am so "into it" that it would have bothered me to cheat more than anything. I will next week though, as I didn't celebrate at all today. I had to prioritize my stuff...
 
DAY 54

Today is an off day. So far, I've been feeling very sore. I woke up with a nice smile on my face, just glad I properly wrecked it last time. Excellent, it's going well now. I am going to study this evening, make sure I am ready for tomorrow's exam. I am a little nervous, but I am confident it will all go well. I am still a little tired, but I will catch up on it next week end.

Do you use skin calipers to make this assesment?
I really wish more people would use a 20 dollar pair of skin calipers with thier logs , because body weight constantly flucuates and it could simply be your retaining 5 more lbs of water then normal.

For me anyway, calipers would put a solid stamp on these logs, hopefully some people will start using them..

I had one. It broke. It's scrap. And my eye diesn't fool me. My weight is higher, and my waist is smaller. Water retention? I don't think so.

Off. I went at my mom's house and had a piece of cake damn it was good. Thursday it's back in the gym!

Off day. I did some cardio a little bit, but I am taking time to rest as I am sore as hell LOL.

very easy and you can not fool yourself with them like you can with a scale!

plus when you go off a supplement you can fool yourself buy staying the same weight , yet your body could have replaced muscle with fat over the weeks.This would lead to the thought of keeping your gains!
If you gained 3lbs of muscle its not hard at all to fool yourself by replacing 2 of the 3 with 2lbs of fat. Thats only 1% bf wich wont be very easy to see!


Skin calipers combined with the scale and body measurements will give you the most accurate at home results!

You seem to run alot of logs, so you should really invest in a decent caliper.
Buy the body caliper (49 bucks) Maybe molecular can set you up!
It was measured against the gold standard harpinder and it was very close in accuracy , plus it will last you a lifetime(built very well)

DAY 57

WOW! Amazing workout. I'm feeling so good right now, and so sore. I still had my chest wrecked when I did my presses lol. I think I will feel extremely sore tomorrow.

I had 2 pizza pieces tomorrow, I guess that helped with my training intensity today. Now I'm back to my diet. I didn't exagerate, didn't have any desert so it's all good!
 
DAY 58

I had a so-so workout because I mixed an acne cream with something which burned my face totally. I mean painfullas hell. I applied SolarCaine 5 times during the night lol. I was so swolen I looked like a squirell. But it's better now. I also had a freakin nice supper, as I forgot to eat munch (oops) I took the time to show ya what it looked like:
