Today was a very tough workout, I felt like I needed to eat in the middle of it. Energy was very nice though, and the workout was a painfull one, but fun. I got a PR on the deadlift. 315 times 3 on my last set :dance:

I'll feel it tomorrow fo sha!!!

Now I'm going to rest.

This was an off day. I was very sore all day, but I slept well, so I was happy! Swell is still treating me well, and I feel great. Homework is going to be catabolic though, I can feel it. But I have to do it, last year!

Yeah, I hate to sleep less than 8 hours :rant:

I just came back from a chest, bi's tri's back, shoulder powerlifting workout. I got some serious pain going on here. I'm just barely moving :toofunny:

I'm posing a roof tomorrow, darn it'll be painfull!

I also got a new kind of pain. A ****ing dumbass was playing around with weights and when I layed down with my dumbells in my hands to do my presses, BANG! in the back of my head! Little sick kid. He was so scared I'd beat the **** out of him he didn't even approached me. LOL. Oh well, accidents can happend...

Just back from a 13 hour roofing session. Unfortunately, diet was not top notch as I ate some sandwitches and stuff. Nothing real bad, but still not what I would have liked. It was very intense, and all my bodyparts seem to be in pain lol. I just need to go sleep now, and prepare for tomorrow's training!!

Haha, yeah probably. Pretty harsh on the back as we had to remove all the roof, and install new one and I was the one that had the job to remove all of the roof and the nails lol.

This morning, my back, and legs are dead. I will have to skip this workout, I won't be able to do squats and stiff leg deadlifts, I can barely walk lol

I was battling my decision but after further consideration, I decided to go do it, and too bad for the sore back.

I did my squats, and managed to do all I wanted to. I took 1 serving of WTF pumpd, I usually never use stims. I took it twice in the last 2 months, as I don't feel as sore and I hate that. I was also close to a burnout, which made me stop stims 3 months ago. Anyways, I'm fully recovered, and 1 stim a week is my limit.

Workout went very well, I was pretty happy of what I accomplished as I was feeling pretty weak. Now I need to eat some good foods to recover! :food:

My lower back feels like it worked it's butt off yesterday, so I still am pretty sore over there. I feel pretty tired, so I will take a good 1 hr nap before starting my homework.

Looks like I'm even leaner now, and 2 pounds up! NICE! I'm brutally hungry, and can't wait to get a cheat meal. A real cheat meal. Probably this week I will have a beer with yam fries :D

Off day today, so I will gladly be recovering from this we I hope tomorrow I'll be fresh.

DAY 30

This was another day on the XF stack. Drive will be added soon, so maybe recovery will be improved we'll see! I did some crazy lifts today, this is all I have to say for this day! Great energy, but I'm dead tired, and still recovering from that roof job lol. I'm goin to sleep now lol.

I did some Leg Extentions, Leg curls, Lunges, and Calf raises along with a few sets of leg raises.

Darn I was pumped!! I just love the feeling I get on this product. I forgot to take my Swell pre wo (oops :S) But I am using it post wo today, the leucine will do it's job anyways! I had to skip class to go workout, because I'm practicing a lab tomorrow night at school. So I'm still up to date with my stressful student life :).

As soon as Drive is in the house, it will be added. I will also have a custom formula for memory I will list the ingredients when I get it.

So far SO GOOD!!!

How is swell for after or during cardio?
 
So far, I would estimate a good 7 lbs fat loss, and an increase of 2 lbs on the scale. I'll let you do the math :D

9 lbs muscle mass in one month thats dayum good my friend!
next time your in the store look at a five lbs lean beef. It might not sound like much but when you look at it , thats a good recruitment of fibers.
 
DAY 32

Today was an off day. A buddy helped me practice some school stuff that evening, so I didn't have choice but to pay him a beer. (I took a PSlin bebore that meal ;) )

I finally ate these delicious fried sweet potatoes!!! Ouh, so delicious! And hoegaarden white beer, top it off with a piece of rasberry truffle cake. Talk about a carb meal! Well, I haven't cheated in a while, so I deserve it. Once I got back home, (I took a PSlin bebore that meal ;) ) I felt leaner and my abs were showing even more! Haha that was fun!

DAY 33

Today is another Off day. I will be studying all night, so it's somewhat catabolic to miss some sleep, but it'll be good for the rest of my life, so I have to make some sacrifices...

DAY 34

Today was a helluve workout. I felt like my skin was about to stretch and tear down! I still seem to have leaned down again! I'm studying like a cat being followed by 1000 wolves that didn't eat for days. So that must play an important role in my caloric expenditure, as stress is pretty high these days. But back to rocking the house in the gym! I was just feeling so full it was crazy! My workout was efficient, and that deep pump was there all the way. Now I'm getting back to my books. Maybe my brain will get pumped :rofl:

Yes, i did 60 days XF(three bottles) 3 caps/day first 2 weeks and 5 caps/ day until end. It was during my Epi pct, that was really awesome, strength increased, and gained another 2 pounds in the end of pct.

My next XF cycle will be the TRUE XF cycle(it means not as a art of pct) hope can gain more lean mass this time.
