Mood is good .. Confidence is up.. Not as high as when I was on mdrol but it's still up..
Did 20min hit elliptical and legs front back and inner thighs . Also did abs...
 
Hit the sprints, seriously, just do 20 minutes of walk/sprint and the fat will melt off along with weights

I wish I could do more time in the gym but with working 12 hours every day and having an hour commute one way . Its just not ideal .. If I'm lucky I can still sleep for 7 hours if that.. I hit the gym for a full hour so I try to do as much as possible and make the most of my time .. That's why I'm trying to do 1 day a week just cardio for a hour .
 
Just out of curiosity what supplement is good for making u sleep deeper and have u waking up feeling refreshed .. No matter how many hours I sleep I can never get that feeling. I could sleep for 12 hours and still not wake up feeling refreshed . I wake up feeling like I didn't sleep.. I have had this issue for a couple years now and it sucks..

Any zma product. I used ON zma and it did that. Also most/all hgh products

I used zma when I worked third shift. I always felt that way working those hours. Zma helped but just those ours are not normal for sleeping imo

I'll have to look into it.. Overnight shifts suck .. Now if only there were a way to get my doctor to prescribe me hgh lol . That would be nice.

Melatonin might help.
 
Went to hit the gym this morning and then I noticed that my gym bag was not my truck so frustrated at the wife right now. So no gym today. :(
 
You may have sleep apnea if this is a chronic issue get it checked out..melatonin is good but might feel groggy in the morning thats the main drawback

Me: "...and that is where?"

Apparently my definition of where it belongs (right by the door) and hers do not jive.
 
Don't even have a gym bag....
Keep my gloves in my trunk.

Speaking of that I would love a nice gym bag haha...

Maybe but I never have issues falling asleep its just feeling like I didn't sleep after waking up from sleeping..
 
Can you give us an update on mood and if any fat loss and strenght increase? I'm mostly interested in how you feel, if you feel like a crazy aggressive animal I want some!

To answer ur question . I feal good. I've noticed more energy, lower appetite , some fat loss and some muscle gain. this is working more like a recomp but it's good. I'm working out more for a recomp anyways. I do feel good but I don't get very aggressive on cycle unless u count road rage. Every time I'm on cycle my road rage gets worse lol to many dumb drivers always trying to cut u off or something stupid. It may affect you differently tho.
 
I do have a question for any pp rep that may be following . I have noticed ur trs is a mixture of over the counter stuff. The pct I have planed to use is nolvadex due to it being cheaper . now my question is since these products don't cause a harsh shutdown of the body could I get away with using say erase and some daa ? I still plan on using nolvadex but if I could just save it for a harsher compound that would be better. Let me know thanks
 
I like erase and DAA, but the TRS is much more comprehensive, if you are looking to save money just run the nolva imo erase and DAA is not sufficient.

Today I'm gonna try something a lil different I'm gonna separate my dose cuz it's over 12 hours before I hit the gym. So I'm taking 3 ad/ah now and the other three at midnight. Plus not to mention 12 pills all at once kinda sucks Nevermind vitamins etc.
 
This morning I did 30 min hit on the elliptical burned 410 cals and had an awesome abb workout. I added in a lil redline and I was full of energy. My heart felt like it was gonna pound out of my chest . Lol
 
Today 22 min hit elliptical 300 cals burned legs front and back , inner thighs and outer , leg push plate and calves . Had a good workout today my abbs are wicked sore from yesterday and when this workout catches up to me tomorrow I know I'm gonna be in some pain lol no pain no gain..
 
At work and bored right now . Thinking about my next cycle. I'm debating on continuing my cut so I can try to have a six pack this summer or bulk the f up again. I definitely wanna try ultradrol soon before the end of summer . Preferably before lol. Gotta be nice and big for summer. Idk
 
I tried to force myself into the normal bulk in the winter/cut in the summer routine. This winter my bulk went good (up to around 210), but diet has been off and on due to a new job *no excuse*, but I was able to correct it a bit and tighten up a bit at the same time

Nice man. Bulking = more muscle witch in return also means lower bf%. Although I have my problem areas ( chest , belly and love Handel fat ) I miss that bad a$$ feeling of being big. My wife thinks my biceps have gotten smaller since August lol I was on sd . She has also noticed my belly going down witch she likes. She wants me to get my bis back up. I told her I gotta keep trying to cut so I can have more definition for when I bulk back up . Gotta keep hitting my problem areas till then.
 
Killed it today 21 min hit on the elliptical burned 300 cals. Worked on abs and chest also snuck in bis. As I'm sure anyone following this log has noticed I like switching my workouts around, gotta keep my body guessing..... Took some nitric oxide and I must admit I looked nice and big today and felt big too. :) had a nice boost in confidence today.
