Ordered the 240 count caffiene from the website and got a bunch of samples, a string bag, and key chain attachment. Im still curious of the caffiene amount in maniac as the only pre-wo I can use is white flood since it doesnt keep my up all night. Anyways awsome job, will be a long time customer.
 
I was told that a scoop of Maniac has about the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee.

Oh yea its fine. Ive found my new pre-wo drink for when I need a stim boost is
1 cap AI caffiene
5g creatine
2g alcar
1g tyrosine
*I mix the cap in water and drink about 3/4 to the whole thing depending on the day.
