** today was my first day ever doing a standard grip front squat. I only did one rep at 185, but it's a start.

Originally I was gonna do clowns routine today but I wanted to get in the front squat.

Going to be another long irritating day. I have to follow around environmental quality, and this guy is slow.

Nice pr there man. I need to bring fronts back into my life. Jumping from 135 to 225 is a pretty large move on barbell rows.

Yeah, I was 531'ing the rows but decided against it this week. I think my 225 max is 15 or so, but these just felt heavy. Thanks man.

Ha, there's no catching his squat numbers. By the time I get there he'll be squatting 1/2 ton raw.

I can only imagine. Finishing that squat routine with high rep DLs was also insane.
