Nice work - just keep checking elitefts for a month every day. They always have a sale, and sometimes they are great but only last a day or two. Patience gets the goods.

It's some calculation from my Jefit app over a two week period. I imagine it's the percentages of volume lifted per muscle group.
I want to use JeFit but I switch up exercises so much depending on what's open and what I'm feeling I think it's kind of a pain to search for it. Might give it another shot here soon. Can I retroactively add workouts?
Yup. I have to switch things up occasionally on the go. It's quicker to add an exercise in the app than it is to scratch something out and re-write on a pad, THEN look back and see what you did last time.

Yes. I think the percentage thingy is part of the 99¢ 'Pro' app, but all te basics are still there. Still, $1 isn't that much.
As you load routines you can share them with other people. For example, you could use the MD RP routine I've already started to input (I've only done through 1.2 though).

Ya played my whole life. Played first 2 years of college (club). Might play this year if my schedule permits. If not it's men's league and intramurals

Where did you grow up playing? I too played all my life, up through college.
California and then Colorado. Benefited big time from Gretzky going to LA and growing the game in California laying the way for the Sharks. Was gonna go D3 but wanted a big school and my major is pretty highly ranked so I ended up at CU Boulder.
I take it you played like GTHL in youth. Where'd you play college
I actually played OMHA, as did my son, but once we moved to Toronto - he then moved to the GTHL. Just a community college. But was fun with a bit of travel.
