Nice work - just keep checking elitefts for a month every day. They always have a sale, and sometimes they are great but only last a day or two. Patience gets the goods.

Thanks Hyde, that's what I'll do. I went to a few sports stores today but they didn't have anything. I could get another one of the heavier bands from Walmart and may end up doing that for price/convenience, but at this point I think I just want the real deal.

Oh it will be a good one for sure.

I actually am not sure. I know there is another program out there that was in one of the Elite FTS books.. so might give that a go.

Coming off of Program 3 I'm loving the start of this one so far. 1.25's start next couple weeks and I can't wait for that pain.

I don't know if I've ever been too tired to sleep, but I've been too tired and not slept.

what is that?

It's some calculation from my Jefit app over a two week period. I imagine it's the percentages of volume lifted per muscle group.
 
I want to use JeFit but I switch up exercises so much depending on what's open and what I'm feeling I think it's kind of a pain to search for it. Might give it another shot here soon. Can I retroactively add workouts?

Yup. I have to switch things up occasionally on the go. It's quicker to add an exercise in the app than it is to scratch something out and re-write on a pad, THEN look back and see what you did last time.

True. And I usually put in my workout after my lift going off of memory. Guess I'll give it another shot

I truly can't imagine lifting without it.

Near the top it tells me what my last sets were, and my current. You can hit a box and see all of your previous sets/days doing that specific exercise, you can choose to set an interval timer or rest timer...

That looks pretty awesome. Will be trying it tomorrow on chest day. Might spend tonight putting in the last 7 weeks or so of lifts

Yes. I think the percentage thingy is part of the 99¢ 'Pro' app, but all te basics are still there. Still, $1 isn't that much.

As you load routines you can share them with other people. For example, you could use the MD RP routine I've already started to input (I've only done through 1.2 though).

It's like $4.99 on the iPhone right now for the pro. Might pay for it if I feel it's necessary but I'm gonna try out the free version

You can always download it in the 4 and use that just for logging. Give it a shot. Heck, it even makes posting my WO's in here easy. I pretty much copy and paste.

Ya played my whole life. Played first 2 years of college (club). Might play this year if my schedule permits. If not it's men's league and intramurals

Buffalo is pretty hockey crazy but ya you do have the people driving in from Canada since tickets for the maple leafs are outrageous

California and then Colorado. Benefited big time from Gretzky going to LA and growing the game in California laying the way for the Sharks. Was gonna go D3 but wanted a big school and my major is pretty highly ranked so I ended up at CU Boulder.

I take it you played like GTHL in youth. Where'd you play college

I actually played OMHA, as did my son, but once we moved to Toronto - he then moved to the GTHL. Just a community college. But was fun with a bit of travel.

Gretzky...the best of the best.

Edit: Were you in Boulder when the Av's won the cup? Bourque my other fav.

Oh nice! Ya club hockey sounds similar. Lots of fun. Few good roadies a year. Lots of partying.

Gretzky is definitely greatest of all time. Wish Mario didn't have injury issues. Think he could have challenged him but I didn't see either in their prime, just Mario when he came back from cancer and injury and he still dominated.

I wasn't. I lived in California until first year bantams so about 9 years ago. Love Bourque getting the cup finally
