My face looked like I was curling 200 at the end. Barbell Squat 222 Set 1 : 135x6 Set 2 : 185x6 Banded Squats 357 Set 1 : 225x4 Set 2 : 275x4 Set 3 : 295x4 Set 4 : 315x4 PR (for banded squats) -Again, didn't do reverse band because the rack wasn't available. I like switching it up anyway. -These felt really heavy this week and I wasn't as explosive as I should've been. I just wasn't feeling it I really should've stuck with it for a couple more sets at a lower weight but there was a line for the racks. Leg Press 747.33 -3s Negative, no lockout (except a couple pauses) Set 1 : 270x4 Set 2 : 360x8 Set 3 : 450x8 Set 4 : 500x8 Set 5 : 540x8 Set 6 : 590x8 -I hit my second wind on these and felt like I could keep going. The negative may have been a little longer and my legs were shaking, but I was very explosive. Bulgarian Split Squats 1.5 -One leg up on bench, try not to move your shin forward. Set 1 : 1x15 L Set 2 : 1x11 R Set 3 : 1x12 R Set 4 : 1x11 L Set 5 : 1x11 L Set 6 : 1x11 R -Kept a bar in one hand for support, and at times I needed it. These destroyed my quads. Banded Stiff Legged DL 171 -Red (15) band Set 1 : 135x8 Set 2 : 135x8 Set 3 : 135x8 -Flex butt hard, but not to be confused with this next unedited quote... No surprise here.
