TGR's Cheetos Chraining

I plan on taking niacin and magnesium again this week. Maybe tht helped some.

Niacin from the doctor, right? I just discovered that Inositol Hexanicotinate (flush-free otc niacin) can still be called niacin because it's still B3, but difference in compound structure compared to straight niacin, which will flush you, is that it has no noted effects on lipid levels. Niacin at 1500mg-3g/day significantly lowers bad cholesterol while raising good, but flush-free (Inos Hex) doesn't do jack, even at those doses. It's just a B vitamin, which you can get from your food & a general B complex just fine.

Just mentioning this so nobody else gets tricked & wastes their money/time.

Agree with this^^^. Nicotinic acid is the one you want.

No, I've used the 500mg OTC flush-free niacin. I noticed that it had improved my sleep, and I've read that niacin is good for the heart.

I didn't know there was an RX of niacin. That may be something I need to ask for. I'm going to give it this one more week before going to the doctor. I need bloods drawn anyway. Curious where my test, cholesterol, livers are.

If you wanna supp with a little flush-free, that's fine - B3 is one of the 12 B vitamins, all important. But don't expect it to make a bit of difference on your lipid levels is all I was saying. This was a letdown for me - who wouldn't want a better cholesterol profile?

What's the BTC niacin run, or do you know? Odd that a vitamin need a Rx.

No idea. But I believe you need a script for nicotinic acid.
Maybe I'm confused but Nicotinic Acid is just plain flush type niacin.

Just took my first cap of combustion (log here Invalid Link Removed).

As of right now I haven't felt any head tension since around noon yesterday, and nothing really painful since early yesterday.

The only difference between yesterday and any other day is that I didn't workout yesterday, and I ate A LOT of food. Well, a lot of calories, anyway. I love pizza.

So, we'll see what happens today in the gym. I hope the headaches are gone.

Anyway, because I did legs Saturday, today is chest day. Hopefully I don't have to fight over a bench.

Taking the scooter to the gym too. If you don't her from me in a couple hours...

... And I just ran out of gas...

I don't like the sauce either but I will allow a little tomato fruit if you insist! Hahaha

Haha, tomato fruit!!!!! V-8. Lol omg! When I first started training, I drank this crap like it was delish!

Ewwww yuck!!! Lol

I kinda like V8. Especially the spicy one. The Splash isn't so bad either, but high in sugar.

Tomatoes are a tranny fruit. They may be a fruit, but look, act, and taste like a veggie.

Ummmmm.... Lady boys.

When I am on longer days driving truck and living out of my cooler bag I bring along a few of the low sodium v8's.

Gotta get your daily veggies

Does it matter what their actual gender is? Like, lady boys and manly girls?

Lol, nope.

My friend's ex boyfriend is moving to Thailand to be with his ladyboy. :D

You're drinking beer out of your shaker again, aren't you?

Haha, I've been sipping on the same Stimul8 since 830 this am. Ahhhh.... Just like fine wine! :D

So, good news. As of right now I have had no headache not any head pressure/high BP since noon yesterday. Also.... For only the second time in I don't know how long I also didn't have to put drops in my eyes.

This leads me to believe the head issues were allergy related. Maybe the allergies gave me a headache, an the headache gave me an increase in blood pressure.

That's the best I can come up with. I hope it's gone for good. We did have quite a bit of rain this weekend that probably washed a lot of pollen away, so it may just come back. Dunno.

Well that's great news! Let's just hope they're gone for good!!!

I've thought this several times but never said anything, and I know I've been off when I'm not wearing my glasses and auto-correct grabs me, but I hope the guys here pick up on your and Puccah's grammar. Especially the use of their, they're, and there; and you're/your.

Also, apostrophes.

:D

Whew! This thread has blown up! Glad to see the headache and BP issue is gone. Any idea what caused this?

Strongly leading towards allergies. I think this weekends rain washed a lot of the pollen away and it's giving me decreased symptoms. I had a slight headache this morning, but nothing like it was and I forgot to take my allergy pill. As of now, I haven't taken any eye drops in two days either. It can't just be a coincidence that the eyes and headache are improving.

Ugh, my eyes have been itching so bad! I just want to claw them out!!!!! Benadryl please!!!! :'(
