So I have started a supplement to "support" natural testosterone production. It is Integrative Therapeutics Testosterone Formula. I can't post a link to it because my post count is low but just google it and it should come right up.
Basically the "main" ingredients are:
Biotin 1mg
Zinc 30mg
Selenium 100mcg
Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris) Whole Plant Extract 40% saponins 750mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root Extract (KSM-66® brand) 675mg
Asian Ginseng (Panax ginseng) Root Extract 7% ginsenosides 75mg
Even if this does nothing to T levels the adaptogens in this supplement seem beneficial.
The bottle says to take 3 capsules daily with a meal. My question is what is the best time to take it? Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? I have read Ashwagandha is generally better in the morning but I know a lot of other T supplements recommend before bed (maybe because of the Zinc/Tribulus?) What are your all's suggestions?
