Testosterone Supplement timing

So I have started a supplement to "support" natural testosterone production. It is Integrative Therapeutics Testosterone Formula. I can't post a link to it because my post count is low but just google it and it should come right up.

Basically the "main" ingredients are:
Biotin 1mg
Zinc 30mg
Selenium 100mcg
Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris) Whole Plant Extract 40% saponins 750mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root Extract (KSM-66® brand) 675mg
Asian Ginseng (Panax ginseng) Root Extract 7% ginsenosides 75mg

Even if this does nothing to T levels the adaptogens in this supplement seem beneficial.

The bottle says to take 3 capsules daily with a meal. My question is what is the best time to take it? Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? I have read Ashwagandha is generally better in the morning but I know a lot of other T supplements recommend before bed (maybe because of the Zinc/Tribulus?) What are your all's suggestions?

I would take 2 caps in the morning and 1 cap in the evening. If you notice any issues with sleep then take the 1 cap at lunch time instead of the evening.

Ok, I will definitely give that a shot. I have done all 3 at dinner for the first few days. I wouldn't say I have had a problem sleeping with it as I ALWAYS sleep well (side effect of being tired all the time). I do notice that a couple hours after I take it I feel just better in general and then it is normally time to go to bed. Tomorrow I will switch to 2 in AM and 1 in early evening. Need to space out my multi from them because of the zinc, right?

I would do 1dosage in the AM upon waking / with breakfast. I always take my tboosters in the AM unless it has to be 2 doses

this makes sense since most 'test boosters' are aimed at free test...since total test is higher in the morning it gives them more to work with...broscience of course!!!

I feel like broscience should be citable pieces of evidence. Sometimes just as good as actual studies lol.

On a serious note thank you for the responses. I will start dosing it with breakfast and see how it does.

i think it is a mistake to discount common sense...

I wouldn't expect miracles dosing one time versus another. Just take it at the same time everyday so you form a habit and do not forget.
