Testing...1,2,3: USPlabs "PATENTED ANABOLIC"

Wow, another bottle run on top of this would be sweet.

It would be sweet indeed. I'm not sure if it will work out that way, but I'm definitely excited to have won another bottle regardless.

Thats a boss ass breakfast.

Yeah, it was awesome. Breakfast this weekend has been my favorite meal of the day. I try to step up my meals when I'm not in a rush to get to work.

Day 27

I got a good night’s sleep and work up feeling refreshed. I was expecting my legs to be in rough shape based on how they were feeling when I went to sleep, but was happy to feel the soreness had lessened quite a bit. At this point in the day, there isn’t much soreness left in them at all. My joints also saw improvement, as there weren’t any aches when I woke up and they held up great during today’s workout.

My weight made its usual increase after yesterday’s lack of activity and I weighed in at 212.8lbs (+5.8lbs from “Day 1”). I could tell I was holding a little water, but was still looking pretty lean with no visible increase in body fat beyond where I started. My calipers actually indicate that my stomach fat is still down a minimal amount from “Day1”.

I was somewhat pressed for time this morning, but managed to fit in a good breakfast before heading to the gym.

eggs, jalapeno chicken sausage, hash browns, waffles, and cereal

The calorie total of my meal matched yesterday’s breakfast exactly…I thought that was interesting lol.

Calories: 1680
Carbs: 193
Protein: 62

I went to the gym shortly after my meal.

The following was taken pre workout:

1 cap Patented Anabolic
100mg caffeine
2 scoops Craze
2g ALCAR
2.5 scoops Protocol

1 scoop I-BCAA Max was used intra workout

My workout was a little earlier than I would have liked and I didn’t start out quite as focused as I’ve been recently. However, I continued to make improvements and gained focus not long after I began lifting. My endurance was great and I felt like I could have kept lifting for a while. I finally made myself leave, so I wouldn’t miss much football. I know I could have an “off day” in the gym eventually (it happens), but at this point, I’m thoroughly enjoying the consistent progress.

I was sweating heavily for the majority of my workout. Vascularity was strong per usual and the pump from the tricep super sets was intense. My arms blew up and I was stuck in “tough guy position” because I couldn’t fully lower them to my sides lol.

My diet is on track and I’ll have today’s calorie total and breakdown posted tonight.

Good lord! That meal looks amazing! So jealous!!

Good lord! That meal looks amazing! So jealous!!

It was just a small dent in my daily calories too haha. I'm glad I started adding more variety to my breakfast. I had never really been a breakfast guy, but that's starting to change.

Day 27 continued

It looks as though vascularity is still improving. When I got out of the shower tonight, I noticed that the visible veins in my lower abdomen/upper thigh area are growing in number and prominence. A couple of the veins that have shown up since starting my run were really starting to pop. This was shortly after I ate and I’m wondering if that helped bring them out.

I finished the day with my calories reaching their target.

Today’s calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

Calories: 5077
Carbs: 497
Protein: 386
Fat: 180
(39/30/31)

Day 28

I slept for about 5-6 hours and didn’t want to get up for work whatsoever. I ended up hitting the snooze button a couple times before finally starting my day. Despite, the hard time getting out bed, I actually have more energy than I normally do on workday mornings.

Any soreness from yesterday’s workout was very minimal when I woke up. I’ll see if that holds up as the day goes on.

My weight was 212.6lbs (+5.6lbs from “Day1”), which is about the same as yesterday. It should start it’s decline with the start of the workweek.

I didn’t have much time for breakfast after sleeping a few extra minutes. Cooking was kept to a minimum and I had waffles, cereal, and a shake (whey, Greek yogurt, GlycoMyx, and almond milk). Carbs were a little higher than they’ve been, but I’m not too concerned about it.

Breakfast calorie total and breakdown:

Calories: 1725
Carbs: 245
Protein: 69
Fat: 56

Day 28 continued

Getting through work was a breeze. I had great energy and endurance that lasted throughout the day. I love that some of the same effects that are improving my gym performance are carrying over to work as well. It has really made life easier and more enjoyable the last few weeks.

I’m not experiencing much DOMS at all, as a result of yesterday’s workout. My chest has a slight tightness and is feeling very dense. I’m actually a little surprised by how solid it feels today.

I’ll be heading to the gym after dosing the following:

1 cap Patented Anabolic
100mg caffeine
2 scoops Craze
2g ALCAR
2.5 scoops Protocol

1 scoop I-BCAA Max will be used intra workout

Today’s workout will be a mix of biceps, forearms, calves, and abs.

Day 28 continued

The gym went well and strength was up. It’s not the most exciting workout of the week, but I kept progress moving forward at a solid pace regardless. The thermo effect was strong tonight and I was sweating right from the start of my routine. I ate a little less pre workout than I have been and that may have increased the effect.

I wanted to show an example of some of my new found vascularity. This is part of what I’m seeing around my lower abdomen and thighs. Both of these veins had never been seen prior to starting PA and are now showing more each day. The large vein on my hand isn't normally visible as well.

Bro any workout is a good one.. You been doing great since you started PA and you will only get better

I agree. This one just isn't as satisfying with no major lifts involved.

Thanks hulk. I couldn't imagine things going much better than they have. It's been a great run.

Day 29

I woke up with an unusual amount of energy again. The last two days I feel like I slept great.

My weight was 211.2lbs (+4.2lbs from “Day1”) this morning. Based on the amount of sweating I did throughout work and the gym yesterday, I would think my weight won’t drop much further.

I spoke a little too soon about the lack of DOMS from Sunday’s workout, as my chest was a little sore last night. However, it’s very minimal at this point and there is no soreness from last night’s workout currently.

I’m running out of time before work and will have to edit in my breakfast calorie total later today.

Updated breakfast calorie total and breakdown:

Calories: 1293
Carbs: 146
Protein: 53

Day 29 continued

I started getting a little tired towards the end of my workday, but not nearly as bad as I would’ve a few weeks ago. It was also a long and highly physical day (more than usual), which I'm sure had an impact on how I felt.

My hunger has been up today. I seemed to have more of an appetite yesterday as well, but today it’s very noticeable.

There’s currently no soreness remaining from Sunday’s workout and none setting in from last night’s either.

I just finished up my pre workout meal and I’ll be heading to the gym after dosing the following:

1 cap Patented Anabolic
100mg caffeine
2 scoops Craze
2g ALCAR
2.5 scoops Protocol

1 scoop I-BCAA Max will be used intra workout

Today’s workout is focused on shoulders and traps.

Wow that's crazy getting vascular there bro, that's contest prep type stuff.

Yeah, I thought so too. I've been leaner before and never saw any veins show up there. I noticed tonight, that I'm starting to get some DW shoulder veins as well. They aren't very prominent, but they're beginning to make their presence known. It's too bad that I'm down to my last cap of PA. Maybe I'll be able to keep this going, if the bottle I won arrives this week.

That veinage is definitely insane brotato! How depressing that this log is ending! Really wanted to see breezdaddy run this 2 bottles!!!!

Day 29 continued

Tonight’s workout wasn’t quite as impressive as a few that I’ve had recently, but strength was solid and I kept progressing forward. The tough day of work may have had a small impact on my performance, which was still better than average. Either way, my workout felt great and I walked out of the gym happy with what I accomplished.

Thanks LTL. I'm not sure if you could tell, but I don't want it to end yet either lol. It's looking like we're both going to get our wish and I'll be able to keep going through the use of my second bottle. There will probably be a couple days without PA, but hopefully that won't have much of an impact.

Day 30

I didn't get much sleep last night, but I had enough energy to make it through work feeling pretty good. I'll be doing my best to get to bed earlier tonight, before the minimal sleep catches up with me. That being said, I'm currently in a bit of a rush to get to the gym.

My weight was 210.8lbs (+3.8lbs from "Day 1") this morning. I believe this is very close to my "clean weight". It's looking like I've added 3-4lbs after 30 days of PA, while keeping my body fat right around where it started. I'm thinking its closer to 4lbs, but I'll wait a couple days to see where I end up.

I will try to get some picture updates of my current appearance within the next few days. I had planned on taking some this morning, but I ran out of time. I will also get a one month review together this weekend, as the rest of this week; my free time is very limited.

Today will be the final workout with my current bottle of PA. However, thanks to the generosity of USPlabs and my first ever attempt at using Photoshop, I have another bottle on its way. There will probably be a small gap in dosing, but I'll be continuing my PA run through the use of a second bottle.

I just finished a light pre workout meal and will be heading to the gym after dosing the following:

1 cap Patented Anabolic
100mg caffeine
2 scoops Craze
2g ALCAR
2.5 scoops Protocol

1 scoop I-BCAA Max will be used intra workout

Tonight's workout is back focused.

Day 30 continued

It had been a while, but I seemed to notice a slight boost in my mood on the ride to the gym. As of now, I can’t think of anything I did differently, prior/during dosing that would make the effect more noticeable.

I finished off my bottle of PA with another solid workout. Strength showed improvement with each exercise and my endurance was great as well. I’m really getting used to the consistent progress and am wondering if I’ll notice a difference in performance if I go a few days without PA.

Day 31

Waking up was rough, as I didn’t want to get out of bed. Once I got moving, energy was good and I felt like I got sufficient sleep.

My weight came down a little to 210.2lbs (+3.2lbs overall). At this point in the week, it shouldn’t decline any further. I think it’s safe to say that I've gained 3lbs+ during my 30 day run of PA. I’m very happy with this and have noticed some extra size, especially the last few days. I’m going to attempt to take some pictures in a few minutes and should have them posted later tonight.

Breakfast was put together pretty quick, to save me a few minutes for pictures. I had waffles, cereal, chicken sausage, and a shake (whey/GlcoMyx, Greek yogurt, almond milk)

My breakfast calorie total and breakdown are as follows:

Calories: 1706
Carbs: 258
Protein: 68
Fat: 51

I plan on hitting the gym after work, for what could be a “PA free” workout.

Nice work on those pull ups man! Huge improvements this run!

Thanks boss. I'll have to check, but I think I'm +6 on BW reps and pretty happy about it too.

Edit: I just checked. +6 BW reps (15 to 21) and +20lbs weighted (50x5 to 70x5).

Awesome! I was up 6 reps as well. PA consistency, perhaps?

Thanks DW, great job yourself brother. Nothing wrong with consistently awesome haha. The gym (and work) performance benefits of PA have been second to none.

Been a good log to follow; will you be continuing it for your second bottle?

Been a good log to follow; will you be continuing it for your second bottle?

Thanks Jiigzz. That's the plan. I'm going to just keep logging per usual and should have more PA sometime in the next few days. I'll have some current pictures up tonight or tomorrow and my thoughts/review of the first month posted this weekend.

Day 31 continued

My energy and mood remained great through a long workday. I wouldn’t have expected this to change yet, considering I dosed PA last night.

My hunger was increased today and it was very noticeable. I couldn’t help but eat the majority of my lunch by 10am. It wasn’t the best idea, since I worked later than I have in a while.

I had planned on getting a workout in tonight, but took the day off for a couple reasons. By the end of the workday my shoulder wasn’t feeling that great. I don’t remember doing anything that specifically caused the small issue, but it happened. It will be fine regardless and I probably would’ve gone to the gym if I got out of work a little earlier. I’ll either make up the missed arm workout tomorrow, or move on to legs.

I kept my caloric intake on track and consumed a good surplus based on my daily activity. The total was a little lower today, due to not making the gym.

Today’s calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

Calories: 5533
Carbs: 626
Protein: 416
Fat: 167
(44/29/27)

I’m patiently waiting for the delivery of another 30 days’ worth of PA. Hopefully it shows within the next day or two. I’m wondering how long I can go without dosing, before I start to see some effects fade. At this point, I haven’t noticed any changes, as vascularity and energy remained at their improved levels throughout the day.

Picture Update

The current pictures didn't come out as good as I would've liked (due to the lighting), but I think they still provide an decent comparison. The changes in vascularity aren't as noticeable as they would be later in the day either. I can however, see an added prominence to some veins and additional ones as well. It usually takes a couple hours after I wake up/start moving before it becomes more apparent. I'll take a few more pictures when the changes are more evident (and with better lighting), but wanted to keep these consistent with the starting pictures (first thing in the morning).

Starting Pics: white shorts
Current Pics: (12 hours post PA dosing): dark shorts

Starting Weight: 207lbs
Current Weight: 210.2lbs (+3.2lbs)

breezy, your training is on point. killin' it.

Thanks carpee. I try to stay consistent with it. The results I'm seeing have made it a lot of fun.

I think I unconsciously turned my alarm off this morning and got up an hour later than normal as a result. I'll have an update later today.

Day 32

I was without PA today, but some of the effects are still going strong. I once again had a very long work day and my energy/endurance were much better than they were a month ago. I didn't feel the slightest bit of fatigue the entire day. Vascularity is still at its increased level as well. The same veins that I posted a picture of earlier in the week are just as prominent, if not more. My appetite hasn't died down yet either. All of my "work food" was gone before I was halfway through the day.

My weight this morning was unchanged at 210.2lbs (+3.2lbs from "Day 1"). I was happy to see this, as it helps confirm my total weight gain over the last month.

I didn't end up receiving my second bottle of PA today, but came home to a nice surprise. A Black Friday order from a few weeks ago had finally arrived.

I'm excited to have another run with Compound20 sometime in the next few months. My first time around, ended up providing, what was probably the biggest physique changes I've experienced over a two month period. I have a feeling that combining it with PA, would be a very effective stack.

I didn't have much time for the gym today, but I made it in for a quick leg workout.

The following was dosed pre workout:

2 scoops Craze
2g ALCAR
2.5 scoops Protocol

2 scoops Modern BCAA were used intra workout

My performance was good and both strength and endurance felt pretty solid. However, I didn't have much to compare it to, due to some changes in my routine. Time was limited and I had to drop squats from my workout because I couldn't wait around for a rack. I can't remember the last time I had a leg workout without them.

DB alt. Lunge
3 sets
80 x failure

Calf Extension machine
330x28 (straight)
330x18 (toes in)
330x15 (out)
drop
230x14 (straight)

Seated Leg Curl
220x15
250x8
250x7

Leg Extension
300x8
300x7
300x7

Smith alt. Reverse Lunge (20lb bar/ rep per leg)
200x12
220x10
240x7

-I hadn't done these in a while and forgot how brutal they can get.

I just finished my last meal, hitting my calorie target for the day. I'm thinking about scaling the calories back slightly, just to play it safe (with fat gain) until more PA arrives.

Today's calorie total and breakdown were as follows:

Calories: 5505
Carbs: 569
Protein: 427
Fat: 178
(41/31/28)

Tomorrow will be a complete day of rest, free from work and the gym. This should leave me with enough time to post my thoughts on the last month with PA. I'm not sure if delivery is an option on the weekend, but if not, it looks like I'll be waiting for Monday to begin my second month.

Pics look good bro. You actually look drier to me and your cuts are more prominent. For adding what 3-4 lbs and appearing drier that is incredible! Proves there was definitely some recomp action taking place.

Can't wait to see you run C20 again breezy! I remember that log like it was yesterday man. Oh the start of our bromance.... Lol! No EPRO with it????

Definitely look drier. Sharper cut in lower abs and arms. Shoulders look bigger as well. Noticeable improvement on already conditioned athlete. Imagine what it will do for someone who is not in as great condition. Nothing ! Unless you put in the work like Breezy does. I am sold and I can't wait for PA to go on sale. To me it looks like an awesome recomp product and that's what I need.

Wow! Your progress was awesome man! Leaner, fuller, more vascular and stronger with lean mass gain. A lot of hard work and I can't say enough how much we value it man! Speaks volumes, excellent run!
