Training experience (as much detail as possible):
Training for about 15 years, almost exclusively for performance and no bodybuilding. My training has traditionally been based around Squat, Power Cleans and Bench Presses. I have done just about everything to get athletic strength - Oly Lifting, strongman training, kettlebells, 20 rep squats. I am now in the Army (Combat Arms) so my training is purely functional - lots of endurance work and trying to get as strong as possible without getting heavier. I am curious to what effect this product would have on me - a guy trying to gain strength while cutting. Plus I can't pass up the chance for free stuff.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Train 4 days a week
DAY 1-3
KB circuit
OA Snatch 40kg x 5-7 reps
OA press 32kg 8-10 reps
2KB Jerk 32kgx8-10 reps
Banded KB Floor Press 32kg+bands x12-15 reps
KB Swing 40kgx6-8 reps
OA Floor Press 90-105lbs x 5-8 reps
Complete circuit 4-5 times
DAY 2-4
Weighted Pullups 5x5
Squats 10,8,6,4
Good Mornings 4x6
Tire Flip 4x25meters
hanging Leg Raises 4x12
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Mon - Sprint Day 6 miles of 400m sprints/400m recovery jogs
Tues- Roadmarch 8 miles with 35lbs gear (go up 5lbs every 2nd week)
Wed - 6 mile Tempo Run
Thurs - 1000m swim
Fri- rest
SAT or Sun - 7-8 mile slow run

3000 -3500 cals
250-300g protein
200-230g carbs

1-2 gallons a day
Short Term Goal:
Contine to get stronger while cracking the 10% BF line
OA strict press my 40kg KB
10 pullups with 50lbs
Squat 450lbs (again)
Get Faster!
Long Term Goal:
Get to a ripped 210-215lbs
maintain 10% BF
3 pullups w/100lbs
Squat 550lbs
run 5miles in 35 min or less

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
I would drink Strawberry Heavyweight Gainer 900 everyday if I could. For about 2 years I did. Results - 270lbs.
Creatine both CEE and Mono. None recently though.
Did Andro in late 1990's. It made me real mad though.
I recently did a month of Alpha Drive XL and Stim X. good stuff.
I drink Whey protein daily. I do bulk AAKG and AEE.
Horny Goat Weed!!! That stuff would give wood to my Great Uncle Frank - and he died in 1989!!
Until recently I took ECA like it was candy.

Sure but I will have to blur my face out and sorry ladies - but no body shaving. (My wife digs the hairy chest. Its the Uni-brow she hates.)
