TestE/MastE:1-16 Adex/HCG 1-17 PCT: Nolva 17-21. Advice?

Hi all,

As the title says I am beginning my second cycle and was hoping to get some input/suggestions/advice.
1-16 Weeks. PCT = Weeks 17-21
Test – E: 10 mL 250mg/ML. 500mg weekly total. Every Monday/Thursday for 16 weeks.
Mast – E: 10 mL 200mg/ML. 400mg weekly total. Every Monday/Thursday for 16 weeks.
HCG – 250iu via Slinpin x 2 weekly. 500iu weekly total. Every Monday/Thursday for 17 weeks.
A-Dex – .25mg Tabs EOD. (Prone to Estrogenic Sides..But may drop to E3D, not sure). 17 weeks.

So just to clarify:
TestE/MastE 2X Week for 16 weeks @ 500mg/400mg per week. Site rotations: Quad, Delt, Glute.
HCG 2X Week for 17 weeks @ 500iu per week.
A-Dex .25mg EOD for 17 weeks.

PCT:
Nolva: 40/40/20/20 Split. Adding DAA and Tribulus or some other OTC Natty T-Booster.

Brief Bio:
I’ve Lifting for a while now and wanted a glorious start to 2013. I am currently on Wendler 5/3/1 routine but will switch to a more frequency orientated split in the next month.
Probably LEGS/PUSH/PULL off REPEAT.
First cycle was Ten6Hundred 200mg Test Cyp + 200mg Bold Unde + 200mg Nandro Deca per ml every Monday/Thursday. Blew up, about 22lb gainzzzz in about 16-18 weeks w/ Tamox as PCT.
Unfortunately karma had bitten me in the arse and my appendix ruptured. Emergecy Sugery; Hospitalized for 2 ½ days. Couldn’t work out for 30-40 days. Lost about 12lb of gains.
In the last 2 years I have gained close to the 12lbs back Natty with proper diet and training but honestly miss that godly feeling and extreme gains, not to mention Libido associated w/ AAS.

At the moment I am at 2325-2450 Calories per Day.
Will gradually add calories until I’m about 3300-3500 per day. Roughly 400C/250P/90F.
Stats: 5’9 180lbs 10%. 26 y/o.

Please respond w/ your input/questions/concerns/ETC.
Guess I just want some re-assurance and feedback from the wise and humble fellas from this site.

Strict Form Over-Head Press (5/3/1) – Strength
OH Press – 4 x 8-12 (%50-%60 1 Rep Max) – Hypotrophy

Accessory/Assisted Lifts:
• Side Lateral Raises – 3 x 8-12
• Wide-grip Upright Rows 3 x 8-12 OR DB Shrugs – 3 x 8-12
• Cable RD Fly OR Machine RD Fly’s OR DB RD Fly’s – 3 x 8-12
• Wide Grip Barbell Curls OR Standing/Seated DB Curls – 3 x 8-12
• Machine Preacher Curls – 3 x 8-12

• Single Leg Curls OR Double Leg Curls – 3 x 8-12
• Leg Extensions – 3 x 8-12

WEDNESDAY: (Rest Day)

THURSDAY: Chest/Triceps /Calves
Warm-up…. 12-15 Minutes Stair Master Approx. 120-150 Calories…
Incline Bench Press (5/3/1) – Strength
Incline Bench – 4 x 8-12 (%50-%60 1 Rep Max) – Hypotrophy

Accessory/Assisted Lifts:
• Incline or Flat DB Bench Press – 3 x 8-12 AND Laying down Pull-Over w/ Emphasis on Chest 3 x 8-12
• Resistance Cable Chest Fly’s 3 x 8-12
• Skull Crushers – 3 x 8-12
• Dips – 3 x 8-12
• Triceps’ Pushdowns – 3 x 12-15
• Seated Calves – 3 x 10-12 (Toes out & Toes in) & Standing Calves – 5-6 x 10-12 (Toes straight)

FRIDAY: Cardio (Stair Master 40 Minutes + AB’s)

SATURDAY: Upper back / Lower back

So I put in my order the other day and decided to only get the Test-E. Since my first cycle (Ten6Hundred) was a blend I didn't have to worry about mixing anything myself... This isn't a blend so I decided I want to try and keep this cycle as simple as possible..

Weeks:
1-15 Test - E 250mg (once on Tuesday, once on Saturday)
1-16 HCG - 250iu (once on Tuesday, once on Saturday)...Should I lower to 125iu 2x a week?? I don't want to abuse this and desensitize my boys.
1-18 A-Dex .25mg (25mg EOD for 18 weeks)

17-21 Nolva: 40/40/20/20 ... Maybe 40/30/20/10? What do you guys think?
17-21 Beast Super Test (Anabolic Test Support + Nitric Oxide Support + Estrogen Control + DHT Control + Liver/Kidney Detox)

Why not do a little higher of test e? 500mg a week is a beginners cycle.. but oh well. Looking good. I'm sure ppl will tell you to begin hcg a little early. Or you can do an all year cycle forever :) lmao i know ppl who do it and they are healthy

Be careful with the adx. Harsh on lipids. Aroma is better. It also hurts your gains. Water retention isn't bad on cycle. But you dont wanna let it out of control for sure too

Hmm I appreciate your input.... Maybe ill just keep it on hand.. I put on water weight and bloat easy so E3D should be cool

I do too man lol. It's only for a cycle though.. Itll go away after cycle especially if you keep diet on point.

Water retention is a sign of higher estrogen levels.... you dont want that. Dose it EOD and keep all water weight away. You want to keep estrogen LOW, not gone but in the normal ranges around 30 or less. Elevated E2 is your enemy, it leads to prostate problems, bloat, fat gain, high emotions (the girly kind) and the list goes on. Why would you want that? Keep it low and in normal ranges and increase your MAN hormones (test) and be Alpha as fock. I see it as poor advice as people say to only take an AI once you show signs of high estrogen... at that point it is too late. Keep it low to start and then you only have to worry about eating and lifting.

HCG is supressive to your LH and will desensitize your LH production thus making your HPTA recovery much slower. So running it for 17 weeks is detrimental instead of being proactive. You need to use HCG in the middle of the cycle and then stop about 3 weeks before PCT. it is active for a few days after and will slowly leave you system leaving you primed for stimulation via your SERM. Remember after reconstitution it will only be good in your fridge for about 30-45 days before starting to lose potency. So I like to blast it around 500iu 1000iu EW for 4-6 weeks ending about 3 weeks before cycle. At that dose and frequesncy it will not have a negative effect on your LH function. Remember it has a half life of about 5 days. So you would dose E3d- E4d to keep your LH stimulated.

Aromasin is your best bet for on cycle estrogen control AND in PCT. It is a suicide inhibitor meaning is stops the aromatization by turning off the receptor not blocking it like anastrozol (adex). There is no chance of rebound off of it and after a few days if will have high blood levels and you can pretty much cut the dose in half and run it EOD past your SERM in PCT.

Imo two ai is overkill unless your like on a gram of two+ substances lol

No do not run 2 AIs at once. I meant of you are running adex use .5mg eod. If you can I would use aromasin over adex.

Deff agree...aromasin over Adex...I also heard aromasin helps free up SHBG allowing more test to be freed up...in terms of estrogen control 12.5mg aromasin ED always works like a pro for me
