Test + winstrol questions

What is the best way to use my bottle of winstrol if I am running test at 500mg per week, ai eod, nolva 40/40/20/20 pct.

Keep in mind it's my first cycle and I need to keep my lean conditioning for up coming fitness model
Shoots. That was why I thought to add in the Winnie.
Timing, mg per day, length would be appreciated

I don't need Clen I have dieted down to like 4% for physique show I came 2nd in.

I believe Clen is never needed, just eat right and do cardio

clen pushed my bp up to 155/100. after my last clen cycle i can confidently say i'm done with clen.

do you have oral or injectable winny?

I was thinking
30mg ed with 500mg sus250 would be enough for first cycle
