Hi there
yesterday I`ve started cycle on:
1. testosterone propionate (testolic - Thailand) - 100mg e2d
2. Oxanabolon (Thermolife) - 20mg ed
Besides that I`ll also use:
1. Generic Labz Cissus Drol as aromatase inhibitor and joint support
2. Scivation Xtend
3. 30% whey weight gainer
4. ON 100% Whey Protein
5. omega-3, Q10 and vitamines
PCT will consist of:
1. Clomifen citrate
2. Thermolife T Bol
3. Thermolife E Bol
4. some creatine stack (didn`t choose any yet)
5. some nitric oxide booster (didn`t choose any yet)
My stats are:
6 f 3 inches
214 lbs
about 15-16% bf
I`ve been doing bb for 5 years.
The diet:
1. 100g oats, 5 whole eggs, almonds
2. 70g grits, 250-300g fried turkey breast, cucumber, olive oil
3. 70g grits, 250-300g turkey breast, olive oil
4. (pre-workout) 100g oats, 250g turkey breast
5. 100g weight gainer immidiatly after workout
6. (post workout) 100g oats, 300g turkey breast
7. WPC + olive oil
Training scheme:
monday - chest+triceps
bench press 8 sets 12-6 reps
narrow grip bench press 4 sets 8-6 reps
dips 4 sets 12 reps
arm straightening-lift 3 sets 8 reps
dumbell french press 3 sets 8 reps
tuesday-legs+back
barbell squats 8 sets 12-6 reps
barbell kneels (no idea how to name this excercise in english) 4 sets 8 reps
leg straightening-machine 4 sets 12-8 reps
leg curls-machine 4 sets 12-8 reps
t-bar rows (narrow grip) 4 sets 10-6 reps
barbell rows 4 sets 10-6 reps
lift rows 4 sets 12-8 reps
twice a month - straight leg deadlift 4 sets 10-6 reps
wednsday-biceps+triceps
dumbell curls 3 sets 10-6 reps
dumbell hammer curls 3 sets 10-6 reps
prayer-bench barbell curls 3 sets 10-8 reps
thursday-off
friday-chest+delts
incline dumbell press 4 sets 10-6 reps
incline dumbell flies 4 sets 12-8 reps
seated military press-barbell 4 sets 10-6 reps
seated behind head press-barbell 4 sets 10-6 reps
stand up dumbell raises 4 sets 10-8 reps
bent over dumbell raises 4 sets 10-8 reps
Some excercises may be different, I like diversified workouts.
