Test Power Question

I'm going to try this out in Jan! I know it says to take it in the morning but I know some people take it before their workout.

To get full benefit is it better to take it at the same time everyday (morning) or just to make sure and take it everyday (time doesn't matter)? I ask because I work days and overnights so i workout at different times every week.

With your pre workout on workout days and off days, either with breakfast or even before bed works too. Whichever is closer to your workout day dosings.
