photo 1:
I was fasting for 15 hours

photo 2:
after 30 minutes after a capsule follidrone 2.0

photo 3:
half an hour after eating the first meal of the day.
about 1 hour after taking follidrone 2.0

What is clear from this test?
110mg / dL fasting, do not think I'm diabetic, I do not think that is a very high value, although I aspettvavo a lower value, given the fast of 15 hours.
100mg / dL after taking follidrone 2.0, the value fell, 10 mg / dL, you too? is little? I do not know, I do not understand.
101mg / dL avrer half an hour after eating a meal composed of carbohydrates (rice), proteins, and vegetables.
I must say that after half an hour, I was expecting a higher value, such as for example 150mg 170mg / dL, but no, then it follows that follidrone 2.0 has lowered / regulates the blood sugar level.

What do you say?

I had to do other tests?

I have seen a very similar drop, mine is usually 15 points I am a diabetic. A fasting blood glucose measurement of 110 is rather high, your number should be more in the 80's for a normal person. I would run that number by your doctor as you may have some insulin resistance, this could lead to problems such as type 2 diabetes. I have posted in the Follidrone 2.0 write up thread many times about my results.

Check your number 2 hours after consuming a meal, a normal person who does not have diabetes should be between 110 and 126 2 hours post prandial, if your number is a little higher than 126 but under 140 you may have a slight insulin resistance.

Check again in 2 hours.

I made another meal at 14! soon it will be 16 hours.
I'll do the test;), after!

Mate 99 after 2h eating is fine.
But >100 in fasting is regarded as Impaired fasting glucose and pre diabetic... Maybe this is due to some other supplement that you take that is still having some influence so tests must be done again :D

I would suggest this article to any one... And I am sure it may help you out !
Suppversity dot com "Restore & Maintain Insulin Sensitivity - Basics: Turn Your Lifestyle Upside Down With These 5 "No-Quick-Fix" Tips"

Niacin in the follidrone have some influence on glucose metabolism but I am not sure in what way, How long have you been taking Follidrone?
Examine dot com says this
"Current evidence suggests prolonged niacin supplementation increases insulin resistance because it hinders the ability of insulin to suppress glucose synthesis in the liver. This causes an increase in blood glucose levels, which leads to lowered insulin sensitivity over time, since the relevant receptor is eventually desensitized to the elevated glucose levels in the blood."

I don't have the time to look into other ingredients... try googling them to see the effect...

That's a very good number, I would follow up with what sareea said. That is a very good article on Suppversity.

I would also keep your fasting numbers in a log to see if they are stable over time, if they are continually 110 you may want to see your doctor.

Good data

It may be the stimulants you are taking while fasting that are increasing your blood sugar. You could try testing shortly after waking up and before taking anything.

ingredients Follidrone 2.0:
Ecklonia Cava extract, (-)-epicatechin, Flos Carthami extract, Citrus bioflavanoids/Naringenin/Tangeretin, Quescetin-Niacin co crystals, Octyl Gallate

ingredients Ignit3:

Thanks, I'll look at this article!

I forgot to say, that this morning, when they wake up, I assumed 3cps of Ignit3.
Then, after about one hour, I drank 2 cups of Green Tea Leaf.
If I remember correctly, green tea, should stabilize your blood sugar! (?)

Tomorrow morning, when I wake up, before taking Ignit3, I will do a blood glucose test! Utterly unaware!
(The last meal I'll do it at 20 pm, then the day after I wake up at 8 o'clock in the morning, then, will be 7 hours of fasting!

I will do so:

8 hours: in the morning, barely awake, testing blood sugar!
8:05 hours: I take 3cps of Ignit3
8:35 hours: blood glucose testing!
11:00 am: I take 1 cps flow of follidrone2.0
11:30: blood glucose testing!
12:00: first meal of the day
13:00: blood glucose testing!

See you tomorrow!
Meanwhile, I read the article!
jmero2
Thank you ;)

Its great to see some test results. Jmero2 has shared his data with us and Follidrone 2 has seriously reduced his blood sugar.
This is a big part of why Follidrone is such a great fat burner on top of its anabolic potential. Its also great to be able to eat a bit more carbs for energy and not see the added fat that normally accompanies it.
Thanks for taking the time to run some test!

I have not lost you green! Nothing, just water.

My last meal was made yesterday evening at 20 hours.
I my first meal of the day, was made today at 12 am (16 hours of fasting).

We see these tests ...

foto1
just wake up, immediately test!
Fasting completely, about 12 hours of fasting. 98mg / dL
Looks good!

foto2
immediately after the first test, I took 3cps of Ignit3.

foto3
about 25 minutes later, I repeated the test, + 2mg / dL, worth almost normal ... 100mg / dL

foto4
3 hours after I took 1 cps follidrone2.0

foto5
about 40 minutes after I took the test,
last test (100mg), now registers a +4, 104mg / dL

12: first meal of the day, carbohydrates (rice 130gr), proteins, vegetables.

foto6
2 hours after the first meal, the blood sugar level is the lowest of the day ... with a lot of surprises!
Normality? or merit of follidrone2.0?

What do you think?

Looks good. It could be that cortisol and glucagon go down after you eat and blood sugar is lower compared to fasting for a long period.

High to me considering you fasted for 16 hours. My would be 70-80. You are borderline.

Solid point...
I am sure supplements are somehow affecting him even though it is 16 hours fasting of supps at all...
And don't forget cortisol would be high in the morning.

Looks better,
But, why do you even monitor your glucose ? hh .

Yes I know!
I finished the test strips: D
days to buy them, and make my first meal of the test!
this time without taking follidrone2.0.
I want to see what happens.

I'll keep it under control.

It would take a little while for Follidrone to work its magic I would think but some mention relatively acute hypo effects.
But seeing your glucose go down after eating indicates exogenous factors at work = Follidrone2.

Another test done today!
(I have not taken follidrone2.0)

1foto
at 8 am I took 3cps of ignit3!

2foto
12 am around I made the 1st test (87 mg / dL), right after I ate the first meal of the day!

3foto
almost 2 hours after eating, I made the 2nd test (99 mg / dL).
right after I ate the second meal of the day!

4foto
After about 1 hour, I made the 3rd test, (80mg / dL).

??
I'm not understanding anything!
I am hypoglycemic after eating ???

guilty of stimulants? Ignit3?

I just have to rate tomorrow for another test! without taking Ignit3! ...

No ice cream! Peach tea! 20 grams of sugar!
From 1 hour to do the test!

:D

You're right! ;)
Context is only one thing, I do not know if I'm wrong ...
it is normal to have your blood sugar "normal" even after a high-carbohydrate meal?

It is difficult to tell, but you are so lean and eating under maintenance so then yes, it is likely normal.

Looks like after eating your blood glucose drops a ton= like around 16%! This is awesome.
You ate 175grams of carbs and your blood glucose dropped 16%. ...

Ive been reading about this and alot of sources state that for a non diabetic a rise of up to 60 points is normal an hour post and 30 points 2 hours post.
Yours DROPPED 14 points lol.....So this is abnormal.

Abnormal if not insane I used folli2 :D

When I used ignite, I didn't have the benefit of blood tests, but I could feel the low blood sugar when I started taking it. Shakes, anger, mood swings, etc. It was pretty powerful. If you're taking that and FD2.0...i would expect the results to be pretty strong for lowering blood sugar based on the feedback of others and my experience with Ignite.

This summer I made one month of folli2 + ignite.
I took ignite a full daily dose, no problem, no anxiety, nervousness, low blood sugar, a lot of clean energy! very beautiful!
The only drawback, at the end of the month, bothersome prostate, problems with urination well.
Ignite I took it on an empty stomach! IF in 16/8!

If I was 2 months ignite + folli2, I squartavo me for good!
also because the results (in 1 month) I got them ... think think in 2 months!
But I was afraid for prostate problem ... in fact I just finished one month, after a few days I have had prostate trouble, and I could pee without regular intervals, as if I had something stuck ...

next time, the stack to do, you may, folli2 + ignite + formestane + shift
I do not know other stack so powerful! :D
