Test first time

21 years old been lifting just over 2 years and was thinking about taking a little bit of test to help enhance growth what is the best dosage to start with and is there any other sort of drug that would work better for a first time or help keep me healthy while on a first time test cycle?

My advice: stay natty for at least 3 more years. We say this all the time here but the fact that you're not sure about other sorts of drugs that you'd need to take to stay healthy on a cycle suggests that you're not ready yet. Perfect your diet and training and you can get a lot more growth out of your natural test without negatively impacting your health yet. Most people who start cycling at your age regret doing so.

Cookie cutter response, wait a few more years until you really get a understanding for nutrition and training. That's the hardest part that everyone thinks they got under control and they never do.

Get as lean as possible before your first cycle, diet off as much fat as possible. Ideally you wanna be 9-10% before starting your cycle and once your abs fade you went too far, time for another cut.

If you start your cycle without abs and are attempting a bulk your gonna just get stronger, fatter and more side effects.

Cookie cutter first cycle

Test e or c, 300-400mg a week divided up in 2-3 pins, so something like 100-125mg M,W,F.

Don't buy any blends or anything dosed over 300mg/ml. It's crap

Aromasin or Adex on hand for high estrogen before the cycle starts

Nolvadex or enclomiphene and hcg on hand for pct before the cycle starts

Go get bloodwork before your cycle so you know what all your natural health markers look like so on future cycles you can make sure your health is in check

^^^^ This young man. Great advice here. You going to get your beat natty gains at you age if you put in the work in the gym and your diet. Build the best body you can now, then use gear later. You’ll thank us us later.

I wanna double down on this. At 21 you can still get some enhanced looking results, especially if you only have been training 2 years and I'm assuming that 2 years is just weight lifting and not bodybuilding.

Get on a solid meal plan and spend 4-6 months grinding away at a good DC or powerbuilding and you should add a solid 50+ lbs on your big lifts and when that gain train slips away then reconsider the cycle. Don't be the permabulker or the 150 lb "but I eat so much guy". And don't be the guy on steroids who can't bench 2 plates or squat 3 plates. If yiu build up a solid foundation of strength and get reasonably lean before your cycle you will have a much more productive introduction to this lifestyle then the guys spinning there wheels maintains 20%bf year round and benching 185.

If you started that now and grind up those numbers November to February, start cut in March and add the gear in mid to late May you will be peak cycle right in the middle of ☀️ 💪

Agree with this. At your age you have to weigh the risk vs reward and, in my opinion, the risk is much higher than the reward. At 21 with 2 years under your belt you can probably make some adjustments to your diet and/or exercise and make more amazing gains. Everyone is different but I trained religiously when I was 21 years old, looked great, and never had to worry about erectile dysfunction, hair loss, hormone imbalances, etc. Make some more progress without having to worry about that crap right now and enjoy your 20s.

That's my 2 cents anyway.

appreciate everyone looking out for me you have defiantly given me more thoughts on the topic and although and I have not made up my mind I will continue to do far more research before I do anything hastily

Unless, there's a reason, your natural testosterone levels should still be in range..
Proper Nutrition, eating to Grow is Paramount..There's always room for improvement for nearly everyone..
I'm sticking with too young to start..
Z...

You’re consuming too much social media if you think you need to “hop on gear” (phrased like all the idiots say 🤦‍♂️)

Get off all that YouTube shittt…

Is becoming a pro bodybuilder or pro level athlete in your future? If not, stay clean and continue to master this lifestyle & build your base!

…Best
