I wanna double down on this. At 21 you can still get some enhanced looking results, especially if you only have been training 2 years and I'm assuming that 2 years is just weight lifting and not bodybuilding.
Get on a solid meal plan and spend 4-6 months grinding away at a good DC or powerbuilding and you should add a solid 50+ lbs on your big lifts and when that gain train slips away then reconsider the cycle. Don't be the permabulker or the 150 lb "but I eat so much guy". And don't be the guy on steroids who can't bench 2 plates or squat 3 plates. If yiu build up a solid foundation of strength and get reasonably lean before your cycle you will have a much more productive introduction to this lifestyle then the guys spinning there wheels maintains 20%bf year round and benching 185.
If you started that now and grind up those numbers November to February, start cut in March and add the gear in mid to late May you will be peak cycle right in the middle of ☀
