Test enanthate dosage??

So I have been doing some research and I'm finding all kinds of different numbers for dosage of test e. What is the recommended dosage for a first timer to test e weekly??

I would go 500, like 150 EOD.

I would do 500mg/week too. For me, injecting twice weekly is enough.

Standard first cycle is around 500mgs pinned twice a week. Most gear is dosed in the 250mg/ml range so one ml mon one ml thurs would suffice.
