Would you attribute the 5lb jump in a week to the fact you just got off a detox? Quality gains will be more gradual during this run, from my experience.
 
I'm 2" taller than you and 23 lbs heavier and I don't look like that

he may be at a lower bodyfat maybe?

great job thus far hurdle, sweet gains for your first week! i plan on upping my protein about 50 more grams ED and eating as clean as possible for the next 10 weeks .... i popped my cherry today! took a few minutes to pump myself to do it after i loaded the syringe and looked at the needle but it was all good. suprisingly, no initial pain ... just sore after. keep up the good work bro, your looking solid even in your before shots!:pose:

That might have a lil to do with it, ive been weighing myself in the morning at the gym, so weight is consistant, yesterday night around 9pm i weighed 201. But I try to weigh myself at the same time of the day for my log to better establish gains, also I did the first leg workout in about a month the other day, so maybe that helped a lil. But other than that I think the epistane might be causing the weight. Before the 7day detox I weighed about 194, so idk. I had hoped to gain about 10-12lbs in the first 3 weeks because of the epistane, so im on track. I would love to weigh 215 at the end of the summer.

Thanks man, i hope i do meet my goal, I can also get a hold of another bottle of test to up my mgs per injection if I need to, but i really dont want to bloat much...
 
Still making solid gains, im actually gaining weight faster than I thought I would, as of today im up 9lbs, but ill wait till the end of the week to post an official number, lol, also strength is increasing, nothing drastic like on superdrol, but some slow steady gains, I feel great though, no sides at all thus far, libido is up, weight is up, strength is up, im in a great mood, recovery is faster and my right but cheek is sore as hell right now, lol

lol, me too bro, no not any bloat at all thus far, i think the epistane is keeping me pretty lean and im eating really clean too...

ya epistane should keep bloat to a minimum for a while but im expecting a little bloat towards the end of my cycle just because the epistane will have already seen its glory days so i will focus on eating as lean as possible during the last 3-4 weeks. dont wanna look like a puffer fish like some people get!
 
Heres my diet as of late, i wrote everything down today, im bulking, but eating really really clean, this is basically the best i have EVER done with my diet, maybe thats why im having great gains thus far

Fat:141
Carbs:604
Protein:426

I take in 3300 cals and have trouble with it...5400 seems way out of reach to me.

even though I don't feel I'd need 5400 to bulk (I'm around 3800), I def agree 5400 seems very hard...but i hear some ppl talk of 6500+ cals a day and I can't even imagine that
 
different people can gain off much less, i for one can bulk significantly off 3000 cals but usually shoot higher and with my high metabolism I wont put on a significant amount of fat. clean food sources are another reason for minimal fat gain.... 5400 cals just is seriously more then i could ever force down unless i went dirty and id put on too much fat.

426gms of Protein is 1,704 cals
141gms of Fats is 1,269 cals

That comes out to 44.8% Carb / 31.6 % Pro / 23.5 % Fats

That would definately smooth me out. a lot.

I take it there is a lot of steel cut oats in there and peanut butter and/or nuts...

same thing, im pushing for over 3000 calories a day, 5000+ for me would be like some oreos, 6 pack of coke, 6 pack of beer, 2 shots of whiskey, big mac from mc donalds, and some nutty bars w/ milk before bed :icon_lol:

sounds like you got a damn good diet though bro, keep it up and please post as i will try to incorporate some of your ideas/meals into mine.

I love those south beach protein bars...specifically the peanut butter ones. Wish it wasn't all soy protein though.

Yeah the collegiate does help, 4 scoops of that in water is 580 calories...6g of fat, 88g of carbs, 40g of protein, it also has 4g of fiber
 
Milk at every meal adds up nicely too. Muscle Milk is the devil, that sh1t is too good. So is that TrueMass stuff by BSN.

You must have an insane BMR to take that much in and keep lean.

milk in general or muscle milk at every meal? i'm having a very hard time keeping the cals up during my current cycle. and i'm eating 7-8 meals a day.

when i have a hard time with protein i'll drink some of Ergopharm's I-Pro or Syntrax Nectar with my meals. taste like kool-aid, just add a cup of water and some ice, stir, and enjoy. plus the I-pro is so cheap and a good way to add 20g of protein to your meal. calories i can always add easily if i need them :lol:

Just fat free milk man, you only really need 3 meals, 3 shakes, and some healthy snacks to keep your calories really high, its not as hard as some people make it out to be, if your having that much trouble try some grub on, it works pretty well

lol, ive knocked someone out while wearing a pink shirt...i want to just run test this time to see how my body likes it, plus im not too keen on some of the sides of tren, so still unsure if i want to use it in the future or not...

I just got back from a 4 day trip, i went to a wedding, but i did my best to eat well and get whatever working out in that I could. But it was a 12 hour drive both ways, so that was a little tolling(esp since i dont have cruise control). Today is legs and im gonna weigh myself again on wed, i dont think ive gained much more weight thus far though. I can wait for the test to kick in...
 
looking good... and if I can throw some advice into the mix, I notice your using delts and glutes for inject sites, might I suggest throwing quads in there? It is a super easy spot to hit, and will give you some more places to pin so you dont start getting knots from oil after a while...not saying you will, but better to be cautious.

on another subject... What kinda stuff do you do for abs?

Actually ive used delts 4 my last 4 injections and they arent even sore, im kinda iffy about trying out the quad, for abs i just do, crunches, crunches on an incline, hanging leg lifts, and i use the rope to do some weighted movements, just concentrate hard on flexing your abs when you are working them, otherwise your hips will do a lot of work
