Haha, I feel all bad when I eat dirty. The other night my friend had pizza to eat and I ate such a little amount, I was still hungry but never ate anything else. My dirty food is like a hamburger ha, nothing better than a hamburger after you haven't had one in a while

Day 3

Weight- 200

Workout- Delts, Lats, Traps, Abs and Cardio

Solid workout. I'm still using somewhat light weight atm until my shoulder fully recovers. On the way home from the gym today a few friends wanted to go to BK and they almost pressured me to tag along lol. I pictured myself after 4 weeks and decided to just go home and cook some chicken instead. I tell you what bodybuilders don't nearly get enough respect... it's hard to stick to a diet and workout plan lol.
 
Good job bro way to stay away from the fast food crap. For me that's my ultimate cheat meal, just a huge ass burger from BK or McD's. That's determination and dedication to it's fullest right there. Get that chicken in you and just keep your goals in your head and you'll be set. I just have to stay away from being pressured into drinking so much beer ha
 
Good job man. Stick to that diet 75% of your progress is from diet IMHO. Its hard but it can get easier as you stay in the routine. Diet can make it or break it....
 
Day 8

Weight- 199

Workout- Arms and Abs

I think I'm noticing a difference a little bit in my shoulders and arms already but it's probably just in my head. When does winstrol actually kick in? Also my friend took the injectable winny and said he felt the joint soreness the next day. I haven't had any problems with my joints yet.
 
Oral winny is usually week 3ish depending on dose. That's when you reach good blood levels. Its also why oral is usually run 5+ weeks. It can kick in faster tho it just depends on the person. Some people feel it pretty quick.

3 weeks?? Damn lol. I'm taking 50mg a day and only have enough for 5 and 1/2 weeks. My friend has injectable winny that he isn't using so maybe I can grab that and and extend it 1-2 weeks. Opinions?
 
Grab the injectable man. It can be as early as week 2. It really depends person to person but once it hits and if your diets in check it will be a fun ride. I don't know about injectable winny since I never used it but why not? Haha
 
Day 16

I'm down to 197 and I haven't lost any strength at all. Don't think the winny has kicked in yet either cuz i'm not noticing much. I guess I just gotta be patient lol.
 
Did you ever get your hands on the injectable winny or keeping with the pills that you had? Anyway it should start kicking into gear here pretty soon though

Nah I still using the pills. If i wanted to switch though I could get the injectable fast from my friend though. If i remember correctly w/ injectible winny I have to inject every day right?

Weight- 197

I apologize for the lack of updates but I recently found out that I have pneumonia in my right lung so I'm been taking in easy lately so i can recover and get back to work. I'm still taking the oral winny and watching my diet. Just going easy in the gym. Also I got the injectible winny so I'll be doing some research on dosing and stuff so that I can use that instead of the pills.


 
That sucks man. Hope you heal up fast and get back to killing it!

Thanks for the sub. I've totally recovered from pneumonia and my gym opens back up Monday so I'll be back on the grind soon. I've been taking oral winstrol for about 3 weeks now and tbh I can only faintly tell a difference. My joints aren't sore at all either. I've decided to switch to injectible winstrol monday in hopes that I have better results w/ that. Also Monday I plan on starting cardio 3 times a week. I haven't been doing cardio because I felt that my diet alone would give me the results i wanted. Definitely not the case lol.

My diet for the most part has been pretty clean. I started by following macros and had a certain daily calorie goal but now I just listen to my body. I've honestly had better results that way too. After my bulking I weighed in at 210 and now I'm down to 197. Haven't lost an ounce of strength or anything.

In that case doesn't the winny have to be working? Dropping 13 lbs that quickly with no loss in strength or size is amazing!

Well I honestly think 75% of it was just water weight from superdrol. But yeah I guess it is working. Like i said earlier though i'm not seeing the results I'd like so I'm gonna amp up my cardio and fine tune my diet.

Sounds good bro. Keep us posted on those results. I think I'm going to run a test e, tbol, winny cycle next month. Hopefully that winny works out well.

Remember, gear increases your glycogen stores and when you diet your stores are mostly depleted. Not to mention the water that comes with it. Losing that extra water will help you look like you've lost a few pounds of fat in a very short time.
 
Here is where I'm at so far. Got about 3-4 weeks of test left and 2-3 weeks of winny. 1st pic is me after Superdrol/before winny. 2nd is my current state right now. Currently at 196 pounds. Goal is to get to 190 and be shredded. I'm having trouble getting rid of fat around my waist. Ideas?

Weighed in at 195 yesterday before bed and woke up at 193. Losing weight too fast so I'm carbing up today w/ a pizza. Tomorrow I'll be back to my diet.

Edit: the morning before I weighed 195 on an empty stomach so either I lost a lot of water that day or I lost too much weight.

that is the exact same as me.I was 210 and I'm down to 197 atm.Listening to your body is the best thing to do.No article can truly dictate what anecdotally works.

I had the opposite to me happen. Yesterday morning a was 178. This morning after a clean diet day yesterday I was 187.5!!! WTF! ! ! !

Seriously its horrible but when I did coke and smoked tobacco, I could eat pretty dirty and gain hardly any fat lol.
