Test E PCT questions

Planning my first Test-e cycle
I was informed to run the cycle 1cc for 10 weeks and 2cc for 5 weeks so 15 week cycle

Or should i just do 2cc for 10 weeks?

My pct plan 2 weeks after last shot
Nolva 40/40/20/20
DAA 3g/3g/3g/3g

Does my PCT need anything to be added?

And could anyone inform me if the cycle is to long?
 
1cc is 250ml
So the research ive done, 250ml is basic test so everyone says run 500ml a week for 12 weeks

So
Cycle weeks 1-12
Test E 500ml a week
Monday: 250ml
Thursday: 250ml

2 weeks after last shot

PCT 4 weeks
Nolva 40/40/20/20
DAA 3g/3g/3g/3g
Erase
Question how to dose the Erase for the 4 weeks?

Run 400mg/week for 12.5 weeks.

20/20/10/10
DAA
3g/3g/3g/3g
Reduce XT (cortisol control)

You can run Erase if you want. I am not a big fan of AIs in PCTs so I would save it off cycle, but if you ran it on cycle run it
0/0/2/2/2/2 (doens't need to be tapered)

I kind of agree with Warbird the only difference is I like to run an ai about the last week of pct into 3 more weeks tapered down... cant say it really makes a huge difference but my paranoid for gyno feels better lol.
 
As I understand it, erase is a suicide inhibitor so the tapering isn't needed but I can relate to your gyno paranoia haha
