I can get a testosterone base transdermal from an HRT company (blood test they took showed that my test levels were low and everything else was fine.) I like the idea of using a transdermal and had no problems with the sometimes pain in the ass of applying transdermals back in the 1-t/4ad times.
They have androgel...but it doesn't seem (from reading in anabolics 2005 and from the dosing) that there is any way to use that effectively to get anything supraphysiological.
They have two others...1 in PLO gel - they claim the bottle/tube has 60 grams of product and 20% of that is testosterone, which should be 12,000mg of testosterone. I read that one article floating around about PLO gel called "everything you wanted to know about PLO gel" where the claim is that the gel allows up to 60% of the active to get into the blood. I figured that this is way overstated (the responses to the only thread about it on this board didn't believe that number.) I figure if 15% of the active gets into my blood, a dosage of 3 grams daily would put 600mg on my skin, and if 15% gets to my blood, 90mg of testosterone would hit my blood each day. Over 7 days that'd be a little over 600mg of testosterone. I don't see me needing any more than that.
The other that they have is in an alchohol based gel...price is cheaper and the concentratiion is supposedly the same...but since I have no idea what the alchohol based gel really is I'm guessing the best bet would be to get the PLO gel product.
This seems a little to good to be true. This seems like I'd get all the benefits of using testosterone suspension without all of the injections.
If this sounds reasonable I'm all over it. It's not that I'm afraid of needles, I just think the dermal would be much easier for me since I've already used dermals in the past and was comfortable with them.
Does anybody have any thoughts as to whether a PLO based dermal could really deliver 90 mg of test per day?
Thanks,
Dan
