Test/dbol/drol

Re-tweaked the disc in my back tonight. I hate herniated discs. Lol. Luckily my dad didn't raise a little bitch of a son, so I'll still be going full force. I'm about to upload a video of my squats. They were a little slower than I'd like, but considering I did a heavy max out on deadlifts last night and am in a deficit, I'm overall pleased with the speed versus before while I was bulking.

All this mood talk with Dbol makes me really want to try it.

I wonder how high dosed test, trestolone, and dbol would be? I bet that would be a pretty gainstatstic bulk and the agression would be great. I guess with all of that stuff, might as well throw in some deca too! Ha. Swell up like a tick in no time. Lol.

Also sounds like gyno waiting to happen for 99% of people. Ha. The estrogen conversion would be nuts.

You know what I love about these high school girls? I get older, but they stay the same age.

Happy labor day everyone!

Well, this is where I sit after my "replenish day" yesterday. Ha. Although it's unnecessary for goals of breaking the state deadlift record at 205, for other reasons I still want to lose another 10lbs and finally have that good 6 pack. Even if it's only for a couple months. Ha.

Abs are cool. But so is deadlifting a car lol. What's the state record?

630lbs. Right on the nuts. The 83kg record is actually more. It's like low 700's. Ha. The kid that set that is a freak. Natural 180-185 pound kid that has a 200lbs raw total

Are you sure about that total? Maliek Derstine doesn't even have a 2000# total and he's the #1 181 lifter.

I just checked, it is 1,800. He just won ipf world's 83kg. He already broke all the open records in our state, and he's still a junior.

Yeah. I wouldn't be too surprised if the kid is the new #1 pretty soon. From the sounds of it he's planning to put up 1,900+ at the state championships early 2017

Workout update:

Just got to the gym. My "coach" told me to back off of the weights a bit, apparently I could be pushing myself to hard and jeopardizing the program? Doesn't seem like I'm doing that much. Lol. Whatever though.

Today is,

3x8 squats @ 75% which apparently I'm supposed to really be doing 70% because I'm basing it off a training max?? I didn't know this at all. Lol. So today will be 345lbs.

3x8 bench @ 75% which comes out to a measly 265...

3x6 deads @ 75% for 425lbs.

Random rant:

I find it kind of weird why people say var is weak? My weight hasn't even really gone down the last couple weeks, yet everytime I look in the mirror I seem more defined. People also say apparently it takes a good 3-4 weeks to really get good, and I'm only 2 weeks in also.

That sounds more like winny than var. I do know some that see a difference from var within 7-10 days, but those are chicks.

They could've sent me winny. I hope not, the last thing I need is another really harsh oral being put into my body everyday

It's a misnomer that anavar isn't harsh. It can do some damage to the lipids on par with other orals (dose dependent of course).

Oh. I guess I never looked at any scientifically backed research, was just told 40 mg's a day isn't on the safer side compared to most other orals. Granted, this information was from people of questionable reliability. Lol

Daaaamn. That's impressive.

I just can't wait till some fool is on the internet bragging about me. Ha.. One of these days. I'm still pretty new to the sport and have A LOT of gains yet. No doubt in my mind by the end of next year I'll be closing in on a 600lbs raw squat, 700lbs deadlift, and lower to mid 400's on the bench.

Workout update:

Yesterday was a low volume hypertrophy day.

2x8 db flat bench
3x8 lat pulldowns
3x8 t-bar rows
3x6 db shoulder press
4x8 cross body curls
4x12 arm blasters
4x8 skull crushers
4x12 cable tricep pulldowns

Workout update:

Today will be a squat and bench day,

4x6 squats
4x6 bench
2x8 leg extensions
2x8 leg curls
4x15 calf raises

Thinking I might up the test to 600mg's. Up the anavar to 60mg's. Then after my peaking phase in 6 weeks, I'll do a competition. I'm going to email the event coordinator and see if I can get in. If I do get approved. Would it be beneficial to do cheque drops the day of competition? Or would the rush of my first competition be enough to give me that extra edge to set some crazy pr's?

Workout update:

Today was brutal...

Bench: 4x4 @ 85% 1 set of a max out after the 4. Got 5.

I really wanted to point out something I never really paid much attention to. Since I obviously don't see my back very much, I never really saw the changes aesthetically. These picture are only a few months apart, but the difference is like night and day to me and I'm definitely pretty happy to see the positive changes.

Well, taking the day off today. I will be back in action tomorrow. This week will be hell... the peak of increasing volume. Tonorrow will be,

5x8 squats
5x8 bench
5x6 deadlifts

All at 75%. Hopefully the gains will be worth it. Lol. After this week, I get a slight break, then it's into the peaking phase! My favorite part. Ha. No more of this 8 rep bs.

Went to the gym feeling maybe 90%. Not too bad, but not just in killer instinct mode. The squats went up unbelievable easy. Crushed all 5 sets in the same time I usually do 3. Then it kind of caught up to me and I was drained for a bit. Lol. Still crushed my bench sets feeling like even on the last set I probably had a good 2-3 reps left. Then by the time deadlifts came around I had a little energy back. Killed all my sets, but by the end I was pretty dead.. lol. Still am, but I'm feeling really good about the peaking phase. I'm pretty confident some good pr's will be set in 5ish weeks.

One thing I do want to point out is these last few days I can feel some back pumps kicking in. They're not very bad, but I'm thinking I might need to get back on my taurine and up my electrolytes and water to the max. Lol

Back pumps blow. Lol. I did back extensions last week after maxing on deads.. I was walking around like a chicken with hemorrhoids an hour later

Eww.. That sounds ****ty.. lol. Lately I've been limiting my lower back work to just the work it gets from deadlifts and squats. I honestly haven't seen any change in progress, but my lower back definitely feels a lot better without all the unnecessary work. Lol

Well, officially got the good to go on the fall open in 5 weeks.. Only had openings for push/pull, hopefully I can beat the 90kg raw junior deadlift of 530. (Pshh.. easy) and the bench of 340. (Ha. Not even a challenge)

Apf. Since I'd test dirty, I opted to stay away from ipf for a few months. Ha

Work your lockout. They are not forgiving to soft knees on the raw lifters. It's only one vid, but your deadlift video had unlocked knees at the top and would get reds.

IIRC, I think any PED usage disallows from IPF competition, but **** those guys.

EDIT: get some work in on a deadlift bar. The whip can really help you or it can hurt you depending if you "load" it properly.

No, I'm just saying it was just the ones for the video. Lol. Not the angle of the video. Just the video. It was meant to be a "show off" video, not an instructional for proper form video. You know what I mean? They were just sloppy reps done for no reason other than to feed the ego.

I don't know about you, but I complete each deadlift regardless. A non completed rep is still a non completed rep and it wasn't a speed effort either.

To give you a better idea of my actual training. Here is a clip from a 4x5 of 455 from a month ago. As you can see. A lot more controlled, indefinite lockout with a pause and somewhat following it down instead of dropping it. This is how I usually perform my reps. The 495x3 video was just me deviating from my programming to have fun. I'm not going to have fun lifting medium weight for quality reps, I have fun practically ****ting myself lifting with highly questionable form. Unfortunately a guy obviously can't train like that on a regular basis or he'll get hurt and make no progress. Invalid Link Removed

You know that you hyperextend and your knees unlock, right? That's what I'm talking about when I say soft lockout.

Huh.. No, I guess I don't see it. I'll have to take a video next deadlift session directly from the side and without anything covering my knees.

Rather than hyperextending the back, isn't the motion of the lockout at the top of the deadlift primarily in pinning the shoulders back?

It's as you attempt to lockout.

No, it's squeezing the glutes and driving the hips forward.
