Workout update:

Low volume upper body hypertrophy day.

2x8 db flat bench
3x8 lat pulldowns
3x8 t-bar rows
2x6 seated db press
4x8 cross body curls
4x15 arm blasters
4x8 skull crushers (pr)
4x15 tricep pulldowns

Nice little session, kind of got a pump in the arms, nothing special. The main focus now is going to be strength.

5x6 bench @ 80%
2x12 leg extensions
2x12 leg curls
4x8 calf raises
4x20 calf raises

Squats and bench both went up no problem.. pretty happy about that. It has me feeling pretty good about hitting some good pr's soon.
 
I did when I was taking the dbol. I haven't since I've stopped and haven't had any problems at all.. even on dbol I was doing e3d and was fine.
 
On a side note, I just want to say again. I can see why anavar is so expensive. It's not like it's making me look like arnold over night, or making me deadlift as much as eddie hall, but just the fact that it helped me cut my gut down so fast without losing any strength, not I've gone into maintenance and still almost every day see changes in my physique and am feeling just that little bit stronger ever workout. It might not be a miracle drug, but I'm loving it regardless.
 
That is basically the only thing people seem to use it for. I think it's pretty nice. I'm really not even dieting and my waist is still consistently getting smaller/tighter. The sides are basically non-existent also. I think this will probably be my oral of choice in the future. It's expensive, but the effortless changes in my physique while being able to keep my focus on powerlifting is just awesome.
 
People do.. I don't see why not to just run it with some test or I'd imagine you would get really lethargic after a couple weeks.
 
Well, feeling pretty good today. Acne came back a bit. So have to get back on the zit cream. Rest day today. Time to rest and get ready for a brutal 6x3 of deadlifts, and 6x4 of bench tomorrow. I'll volume hypertrophy work afterwards, just the usual stuff

Nevermind. 2 grilled stuffed borritos, 2 chicken quesadillas, medium potato ole, and 2 cups of cheese later, I think I'm set! Ha. I guess I can call the my cheat meal for the week..
 
If you have never tried this, you have to give it a shot! I just got it and it's easily in the top 3 best protein powders I've ever had!
 
Well, here is me 3 weeks out.. sitting at 204 right now.. need to get to 198. should be a pretty easy cut. I'm kind of curious as to how I'm going to look with that last little bit of fat gone around the bottom of my belly. Invalid Link Removed
 
Well, decided since I'm only a few weeks away from comp and only have another couple heavy sessions left before I'll have to start taking it easy, I would deviate from my programming a bit. Instead of a 5x3 on deadlifts and a max out at the end. I did a 4x3 of 495, then a 5 rep set (new pr) then I pulled 545 just yo get the feel of it. Didn't come up too bad considering I was already kind of shot by the time I tried it. If I was fresh I might've been able to get a few reps.
 
Had a little fun today worth skwats. Instead of doing 395x4, I did 405x5 for two sets, then I did a set of 8. Afterwards, I was feeling quite yoloish so I did 455x1 and an extreme grinder of a second rep. Lol.
 
Yeah, everything is fine. I got transferred to a different job location for the week, it's been a pain in the ass to workout so I just decided to take the week off.

No. Lol. Definitely still alive and doing well.My body will probably be thanking me for taking some time off anyways. I was pushing through some neck and shoulder pain, it'll be nice to go back feeling like new. Ha.
 
Bumped up the calories and will be going back into a "lean bulk".

So right now I'm at 500 carbs, 125 fats, 350 protein.

Decided I've been away from the gym long enough. Lol. So although my shoulder and neck are still kind of sore I did a chest/shoulder/tricep workout today.

4x12 lateral raise super setted with front raises
3x8 top half close grip bench
4x8 weighted dips
4x10 french press
4x15 tricep pushdowns

It actually felt pretty good to do a higher volume hypertrophy workout. Haven't done one in awhile.

Then when pct starts I Wil drop Hcg amd hmg, and start alpha max xt, Clomid, nolva, and Nolvadren xt.

Just for ****s and giggles I measured the arms today. They finally reached 17". I was pretty happy about that considering that was my long term goal. Unfortunately they're still tiny, so on to 18 it is!
 
Yeah definitely shoot for 18. Looks like you have long arms.
Extremely f'n long arms! Really helped with mma, but not so much with making my arms look bigger. One of my buddies is 5'6 and only has 14.5" arms and I swear they look as big as mine. It's just not fair... lol
 
Your good I have long arms it took me years I'm 40 now at around nineteen you will really notice. Go easy with that next cycle brother your to young and only have one cycle under your belt. That second cycle list is way WAY to much shut for You. Contact yates84 for some info and help.

Workout update:

Smashed some deadlifts did a 3x3, then finished with a max out and got 6. I was pretty happy about that. My grip always holds me back on heavier weights, today I held on pretty good.

4x10 Lat pulldowns
4x10 t-bar rows
3x12 seated cable rows
3x15 reverse flies
4x8 cross body hammer curls
3x8 cheat curls
4x15 arm blasters
 
Just a quick update. I DEFINITELY have my aggression back. I've felt like a freaking animal this last week. My anger is almost uncontrollable and my aggression is animalistic. This is perfectly normal though, for some reason I lost it when I started the cycle. Luckily it's back so I can set some pr's again.

Any updates? How's strength, size & weight gainz coming?
Strength is relatively the same as when I was at the end of the dbol run. Weights are a little easier to lift, but I'm willing to bet that my 1 rep maxes are basically the same. Maybe gained a few pounds, not much. I did do a bench your bodyweight competition a few days ago and benched 210lbs 33 times.

Been carbing back up these last few days. Back to 208 right now. Still feeling decently lean.
