I need to take more pictures next to my girlfriend. Compared to her tiny legs my calves don't even look that small. Lol

I would suggest the cardio after the weights. Harder to stick to, I know, but better results. You need that glycogen for weight-lifting.

Also, the body starts really churning out fatty acids after 45-60 minutes of weight-lifting anyways.

I did do it after lifting. The reasoning for what I did was I figured the 30 minutes of steady state cardio in the morning wouldn't be enough to really do a whole lot, but I figured it would get my metabolism revved up. I figured as ling as i got a couple meals in before lifting it would help refill my glycogen stores.Then after weight lifting I immediately slammed a protein shake and got in some quick carbs because I figured it would prevent catabolism while I did the 20 minutes hiit in order to burn fat.

This is all just fabricated through speculation of myself who is not very knowledgeable in terms of efficiency. If you think what I'm doing is ineffective and don't mind spending a minute to tell me why, I would definitely appreciate it!

Wow.. I'm really drying up. Those veins are coming back out like night crawlers again. I missed them! Ha.

Today's workout consisted of a 2 hour bike ride through the woods. It was actually very relaxing.. Macros SHOULD be the same today as yesterday.

Today consisted of a 30 min morning steady state cardio session, followed by 10.6oz of potatoes, 1tbsp butter, 3 whole eggs. Then I made a bunch of vegetable rice and chicken. The rice was 200 grams of brown rice, 50 grams peas, 50 grams corn, 2 tbsp butter, 4 whole eggs, and 6 egg whites. I then ate about half of it right away. Then after about an hour I drank a protein shake and ate a nature valley protein bar and left to the gym. Workout was a whole body workout consisting of,

4x8 345lbs squats
4x8 275lbs bench press
4x8 185lbs ohp
4x6 425lbs deadlift.

Then I drank a protein shake and ate a fiber one bar, and proceeded to 20 minutes hiit.

I finally just got home and can call it a day. Macros should be the same, 375 carbs, 100 fats, 275 protein.

4x10 Lat pulldowns
4x10 bent over rows
4x10 tbar rows
4x8 ohp
4x15 reverse flies
4x10 preacher curls
4x8 side curls
6x15 arm blasters
5x10 skull crushers
4x6 dips + 90lbs
6x15 cable push downs
20 minutes hiit.

Well, I'm at least as lean as I was before and I'm sitting at 209lbs. So I think it's safe to say I put on a good 14lbs. I still want to cut another 5lbs before I start the anavar though. So I'll continue doing what I'm doing, get those abs really popping out, then I'll drop the cardio and keep my calories the same and shoot for a lean bulk the last 8 weeks

Well, got tested today, although I feel I'm closer to 12, I was tested at 10%. I guess it's common to always feel a little fatter than what you really are though. Lol. So I decided why the heck not, and started taking the anavar. I'll keep my calories the same for now and hopefully recomp into a more solid 207-210. As far as workouts, I'm going to keep doing my new split and just pray I see results from it! Ha.

Workout today was,

4x6 385 squats
4x6 295 bench
4x6 205 ohp
4x4 455 deads

Good sh1t man... Killing it here!

Well, as long as the method of measurement stays the same, the actual number doesn't matter too much.
Same person, same caliper. In this picture I was supposed to be 7.5%, right now I'm supposed to be at 10. Which seems decently on, because that would mean I'd have to lose a good 5-7lbs to have a similar lookInvalid Link Removed

Well, today was supposed to be a rest day. Then I thought, "Why in the hell would I spend a bunch of money on PED'S just to sit at home and rest?" So I ended up going to the gym. Today was my heavy day, so i went a little less volume. My workout was,

3x4 of 405 on the squats
3x4 of 315 on the bench
3x3 of 495 for deadlifts
3x3 of 225 ohp
4x15 cable crossovers with a 2 second eccentric and 1 second pause
4x15 of calf raises with a 1 second pause at the peak

Just updated my measurements for pre cycle to now.

Chest (w/lats) = 48 - 48.75
Shoulders = 53 - 54
Arms = 15.75 - 16.25
Thighs = 25.75 - 26.25
Calves = 14 - 14.5

Honestly, I'm surprised my calves have gotten bigger considering I always forget to work them. Ha.
Chest (w/lats) = 49.25"
Shoulders = 54.5"
Arms = 16.75"
Thighs = 26.5"
Calves = 14.75"

Well, still making some gains. That's always good.

With those measurements, in theory I should look kind of big. Instead I just look like a goofy ass man child. Pisses me off. Lol

Start the drol yet?

Ended up switching it a few weeks ago to anavar. I was getting a little too fluffy so i decided instead of going through a 6 month cut I'd just switch to var. I just started the anavar over the weekend. So I've been on it for about 4 days. Going to run it for 7 weeks.

Workout update:

Well, went back to work yesterday unfortunately. Ha. Had a rest day yesterday. Today I got back on my block training and will run it for 6 weeks. Today was low volume, low weight day. It consisted of,

3x8 @385lbs back squats
3x8 @285lbs bench press
3x8 @425lbs deadlifts

Actually pretty proud of myself. Even after a couple weeks of a deficit, I went into the gym and killed my typical numbers without any problem.

I think I'd pass out and vomit if I routinley hit all 3 on the same day.

Ha. People that haven't tried it have no idea how rough it is. Especially lifting the weights we do. It's way different than squatting 225lbs. Lol. I know you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Workout update:

Well, papa is back. I've one again found that killer motivation to make gains. Hit 2 pr's today. First was on db presses. I hit the 130's for 2 sets of 8. Then I did 180lbs Lat pulldowns with a once second pause and 2 second eccentric for 4 sets of 8.

Physique update:

Also, I forgot to mention. I am loving my lean physique. Lol. I forgot how good I look when I'm lean. Lol. 54.5" Shoulders + 32" waist = ****ing tank

Yes I absolutely do. I squat and deadlift on the same days and sometimes that just kills me. Couldn't imagine adding bench or any other heavy compound movement to it.

You ever get any sleep side effects from the test? Test always gives me cold sweats in The middle of the night for the first week that it starts kicking in.

I normally get really hot at night so I already have my house at 60 degrees at night with a big fan blowing on me. Lol. So I haven't really noticed any difference at all. The only difference is I feel better more often in the morning.

Just got to the gym. I figured while I'm drinking my preworkout I can list my whole workout yesterday.

2x8 db press
4x8 Lat pulldowns
3x8 t-bar rows
2x6 seated db press
4x8 side curls
4x12 arm blasters
4x8 skull crushers
4x12 tricep push downs

Today's workout will be,

4x6 skwatz at 80%
4x6 bench at 80%
3x8 leg extension
3x8 leg curl
4x15 standing calf raise
3x20 seated calf raise

Uh oh.. I failed. Lol. I was supposed to be doing 6 rep sets. On the last set I only got 5. Definitely couldn't be related to trying to set a db bench pr on active recovery day.. lol.

Hey man, what did you think of the dbol? I'm considering dosing it pre-workout on chest days the last couple weeks of my LGD cycle. I just re-read the start of your log were ya thought you were having a placebo effect... Lol. Seems like dbol kicks in fast.

It definitely gave a euphoric, energy like boost after taking it. The endurance was awesome also. I put on a good amount of lean mass, but honestly didn't get much in terms of strength. I'm also down about 10lbs since I stopped taking it, and haven't lost any strength. Obviously the 10lbs lost was all on purpose though.

So my opinion, it would be great to help you workout harder and longer. Also it would definitely help put on a lot of size in a short period of time.

Yesterday was a rest day, today is my favorite workout of the week! Ha.

3x3 deadlifts @ 85%
4x4 bench press @ 85%
3x12 cable crossovers
3x10 Lat pulldowns
3x10 seated rows
3x8 lateral raise
4x10 preacher curls
4x12 tricep pushdowns
1x30 tricep push downs
3x15 tricep push downs
1x30 tricep push downs
3x15 tricep push downs

Bench weight should work out to 315lbs. Dead lifts should be 485lbs. Might just do 495 though

As far as weight. I'm at about 203 right now. Starting to see some good separation from my abs and obliques. Stirations in shoulders are are pretty visible, vascularity is also pretty good. If I had to guess, I'd say another 5lbs of fat and I'd be what most people would consider "ripped". 10ish lbs and I'd actually be ripped. Lol. Depending on how well the cut goes, I might keep dropping. Right now I'm basically just going off strength levels and arm size. If either one drops more than expected I'll probably up the carbs. Right now I'm at 475 carbs on work days and 400 carbs on the weekends.

Have to go to a new gym today. So I just pinned 75 mg trest acetate, and made a double scooper of mesomorph. Time to show these bitches how to deadlift ;)

How long is your cycle going for bro? How many weeks you got left and what are you running at the moment?

14 weeks.

400 mg's test every week
40 mg's anavar everyday
Cel cycle assist
Animal pak
Arimidex every 3 days
Hcg 2x a week

That is everything I'm taking.

The trestolone acetate I got for free and was saving it for a max out day. Decided just to do it today to get an extra boost since I'm at a new gym.

Maybe if I gain another 90lbs of muscle I'll finally look like I lift. Lol. I'm trying, but I guess it's true what they say, "The day you start lifting weights, better known as, the day you become forever small. Because you'll never be as big as you want to be."

Next week I increase slightly in volume, but I think I might keep the weights the same. Then the following week I'll increase the volume some more and also increase the weights. That's when the fun starts. Ha
