Test/dbol/drol

Well, I ended up skipping the 495x5 and just did my 4x3 of 475. Ha. I'll do it next week seeing as that will be my last week of dbol.

Weight update.

I've cut back a tad on reading because I hit my weight goal. Weighed in at 212.4 pre-workout today.

Workout update.

5x4 of squats today at 85% which I kind of cheated and went with 385. It came out to roughly 387, so typically I'd just do 395, but my back is sore from deadlifts yesterday and I just bought a new house so I'm moving and today I moved my gym in my basement that I never use, so the lower back pump from that almost crippled me. Lol.

Anyways, I'm a *****, I know. Should've just done 395 for 4, but whatever. Lol

Rest day today. Just took another arm measurement. They measured in at just shy of 17". So that would officially put me at an inch and an eighth. I'm definitely pretty happy about that. If I could keep that by the end of the cycle I would definitely be happy.

Tomorrow's workout will be,

4x8 back squats @ 77.5%
4x8 bench press @ 77.5%
4x6 deadlifts @ 77.5%

Weights should be,

Squat @ 355lbs
Bench @ 275lbs
Deads @ 425lbs

Workout update:

Today is upper body hypertrophy day. I always enjoy a good hypertrophy workout.

3x8 dB flat bench
3x10 lat pull down
3x10 seated cable row
3x10 T-bar row
3x8 seated barbell press
3x12 lateral raises
4x12 preacher curl
8x15 dB strict curl
4x12 skull crusher
8x15 triceps pulldown

Gotta love taking progress pictures. From a lean 145lbs, to a kind of puffy 215lbs. Still can't believe I used to be that small. Hopefully in a year I can look back at me now and say the same thing.

Package cleared customs, said it will arrive thursday. Also. I weighed in at 215lbs pre-workout today. So the scale is still going up. Have 12 more days of dbol.

Well, I figured I'd log my next cycle. I haven't started it yet, but I am soon. The cycle goes as follows

Test E 500mg's a week: Weeks 1-14
Dbol 30mg's a day: Weeks 1-4
Drol 50mg's a day: Weeks 8-12

As far as ancillaries I will be taking my regular liver and organ support. Also a multivitamin and joint support. I will probably take arimidex as I feel I need it. I have plenty on standby, but won't be too jumpy with it.

For my pct I will be doing:

Clomid: 100/75/50/50
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Hcg: 250iu e3d: week 8-14

Since I have some time until it starts, feel free to give out any pointers or things I could change to make it better.

Also, feel free to subscribe for a GAINSTASTTIC cycle!

Run hcg week 12-16 because week 16 is when your enath ester clears and you begin pct. even though you are not injecting weeks 15 & 16, you are still considered on.

I agree that he should run HCG the weeks following. Personally, I like to have higher doses for the last two weeks. Really fills the testicles back out and skyrockets test levels. While anything is better than nothing, I've found that when using HCG temporarily for the purpose of having a good start to PCT, higher doses are acceptable. Something like 1000-2000iu EOD would work well for maybe 10-15 days.

Also, IGF has a very good place in PCT to ensure quick recovery, particularly between weeks 2-4.

Lastly, while others may not be able to speak to this, a great product to speed up the metabolism in PCT and to dump extra ATP in the body for speedy recovery is something called Syntheselen from Synthetek.

Rest day today, although I honestly feel pretty good.

Tomorrow's workout is a pretty heavy and long one.

5x3 deadlifts @ 85%
5x4 bench @ 85%
3x12 cable cross over
3x12 Lat pull down
3x12 seated row
3x12 T-bar row
3x15 reverse flies
3x6 seated barbell press
3x12 upright row
3x12 lateral raise
3x12 front raise
4x8 heavy hammer curls
4x10 preacher curl
1x30 db strict curl
3x15 db strict curl
1x30 db strict curl
3x15 db strict curl
4x8 heavy weighted dips
4x10 skull crushers
1x30 triceps pulldowns
3x15 triceps pulldowns
1x30 triceps pulldowns
3x15 triceps pulldowns

Here is a video from the deadlifts a couple weeks ago. Kind of a bad angle, but oh well. Ha.

Also, just did a 200mg pin of test, also took my arinidex for the first time in a few days. Haven't really felt too bloated lately so haven't seen a need to.

P.S. for anyone that watches that video, skip ahead like 30 seconds. I thought I was ready to start the lift, but when I went to pull it I kind of psyched myself out. Lol.

Changed up my program a bit today. Ended up doing a 4x3 of 495 deadlifting. Also crushed a 4x5 pf 315 on the bench press. Had everyone in the gym trying to talk to me today asking me how I got so strong. Ha!

Here is the last set of deadlifts. I usually like to hold onto it a bit on the top, but my hands were pretty weak at this point so it kept slipping.

Just squatted 405x8 atg. Figured I'd give it a shot, but thought I'd fail.. I ended up absolutely smashing it.. feel like tank right now. Unfortunately the gym is empty so no one saw it =/

What type of back work do you do? (More specifically upper back)

I ask because it looks to me that you have the ham/ lower back strength to pull the 495, but your upper back and lats are failing you. If you look at the video, your shoulders quickly roll inwards. At least that's what it looks like to me in the video.

Nothing too fancy. Twice a week I'll do 2 variations of a horizontal row, and a vertical row. Usually one session at 3 sets for 12 reps of each, and the next at 3 sets of 8 reps.

Hmm. Maybe someone else will chime in on the video. But to me that's what it looks like. Could just mean that it's time to change up your back routine.

It was probably just me focusing too hard on ripping on the bar to remember to properly engage my lats.

You can see when I started lifting it I kind of shifted forward a bit, but then subconsciously auto-corrected it mid lift and got back into a better pulling position.

That would leave me to believe that I was strong enough physically to lift it, but mentally I'm not used to lifting that weight yet and therefore I got sloppy while trying to lift it.

Yeah bro when I saw the video I noticed that ya pulled it with your lower back, which looked rounded. Be careful man... Your a young guy and don't wanna fck yourself and gainz up... Sick weight tho

Thanks. Yeah, it definitely had a slight rounding. Can't deny that. Ha. That why I usually don't go balls to the wall on deadlifts anymore. I have ****ed up my back twice already. I've found doing a minimum of 5 rep sets with leaving a rep in reserve allows me to still do them and progress in strength just fine without hurting myself. Every once in a while line in the video, I'll go balls to the wall with questionable form and just pray I dint hurt myself... Ha. Not the smartest idea, I know. But you only live once ;)

Well, everything has been going good. I'm peeping for max outs Friday. Going to do a 3x5 of 405 on squats today, and a 3x5 of 315 on the bench. Tomorrow I'm going to do the same again, plus a 3x3 of 495 on the deadlifts. Then I'm taking Wednesday and Thursday off. Friday will be the max out day. Shooting for a 585 deadlift, 495 squat and 385 bench, although my buddy thinks I can tng 405, so i might try that depending in how 385 goes.

Videos will be taken!! =)

Yeah bro it's so gratifying deadlifting heavy... Makes you feel like a gorilla mthrfcker

One thing I've been loving about this cycle is how effortlessly I can lift heavy weight. Didn't kick in until this last week. It's a shame the dbol is almost over!! Lol.

After the dbol is over, I am going to take a week off to let it clear my system, and get a better idea of where my weight is at just in case I lose a few pounds due to glycogen and water.

Then I plan on starting my shred. I'm hoping I'll only be about 10lbs over my goal. I can still see a 4 pack and have some vascularity, so i can't be too far off?? I'm guessing I got up to about 12%.

Well, I planned on taking my cut really slow like I would be doing naturally, but by golly, I didn't go and spend a bunch of money on anavar to go through some slow ass cut. Lol. So I figured if I only have 10lbs of fat to lose, I might as well just get it done with asap, so i can kind of carb back up while I'm still on the tail end of the cycle. So here will be my daily plan, if anyone has any input on it, let me know!

Wake-up @ 7am - sit around, drink water and drink coffee. Once hunger sinks in around 9:30-10, do 30 minutes fasted hiit.

10:30-11 - eat a lower carb, high fat, high protein meal

1- eat a high carb, medium fat, high protein meal.

1:30 - drink protein shake and hit the gym

2-4 medium weight, high intensity weight session. Drink protein shake when done.

4:30 - high carb, medium fat, high protein meal

6:30 - 30 minutes hiit, followed up by a medium carb, low fat, high protein meal

9 - low carb, low fat, high protein meal

10 - go to sleep!

495? What's your most current squat max? If you get 495, you're gonna hate yourself for not putting those two tiny 2.5# plates on there. And if you do get 495, you're probably gonna be too gassed to try it again at 5. Soooo...... go for 500!! You know you wanna!!!

Weak glutes are holding back your deadlift. That's why you're getting the majority of the rounding and none of the reps were locked.

455 was my old max. I did 8 reps of 405 last week and still probably had a grinder left if i wanted to. So 500 might be pushing it, but nothing a big scoop of mesomorph and a nice crowd to watch won't fix!! Ha!

That would make sense. I'll have to take that into consideration when I switch up my training next week.

Squatted 6 reps of 425 today and just about died... lol. Did a 5x5 of 315 on the bench, that was kind of rough also. Surprisingly, the easiest part was probably deadlifts. Lol

You got 500 man. Just load up in pw and take a hit of ammonia. You got it!

Yeah, while 500 would be a lot for me, it's nothing to see that kinda weight being pushed around these days. 600+ for any lift is something special though.

Some of these guys lift just ridiculous amounts of weight. One of my buddies was just at worlds and won the 83 kilo class. Set a world record for the squat at 640lbs+ in the raw junior division. The kid is just a freak. No ped's at all and he can bench 465, squat about 655, and deadlift mid 700's and his off season weight is under 190lbs at 22 years old. Lol.

I have a weird question.. Ha. Believe me... I tried to Google this before I resorted to asking it.. lol.

Has anyone ever noticed dbol made them poop a lot? At first I thought it might have been the 6,000 calories worth of food I was eating. So I dumbed down the diet to my normal amount. I was still crapping like 6x a day. So I looked at my diet, made sure I was taking in an adequate amount of fiber and not eating anything that upset my stomach. Everything seems to be golden. For some reason in still pooping a good 5-6x a day. Like actual thick, moist turds that would normally signify a healthy bowel movement. It just blows my mind! Lol

Well you did say you were drinking a boat load of milk, that might do it lol

I always do that though. Lol. Honestly I eat a pretty specific diet of foods I find agree with my stomach, so gi issues shouldn't be a concern. Lol. I feel phenomenal, not like I'm sick. So I don't want to go to the doc and be like, "Hey dude, ahh.. I started taking these illegal drugs and now I poop 6x a day." Lol. The dbol only goes for another couple days, so if it stops then I'll just have to keep in mind next time that dbol makes me poop a lot. Ha!

Body is absorbing and using nutrients at a faster rate. Thus it poops more? Seems like a decent hypothesis.

Question... are you prone to acme? You get it much in puberty?
How is the acne with your cycle?

Ha. Funny you ask this. I'm not really prone to acne, never really got it much when I was younger. Just the occasional pimple or two, I was definitely far from a pizza face though. About 4-5 days ago I just randomly got a couple pimples. Didn't think too much about it. I just started washing my face a little better. Well the next day I wokeup there was a few more zits on my face. Still didn't think too much of it, but picked up some zit cream just in case. It was just a couple days ago my face was just packed with zits. So I finally started using that zit cream 2x a day and today ny face is finally cleared up.

I heard that ice cream is supposed to help your deadlift. Since technically I don't start dieting until monday, I figured I'd test that theory out. Lol.

Well, I decided not to go for the 500lbs squat today. Here is a video of me doing 455. As you can see I struggled a little more than I would've liked. Ended up grinding out 365 on the bench, so i skipped the 385 attempt, and had some difficulty pulling 545, so decided to skip 585. Ended up just dropping the weights and did a legit workout =/

Well, time for the fun part. Time to get shredded! I'm going to be back to strictly following my macros and doing some cardio/functional training. Honestly, I actually like to do some functional training circuirs. I feel it's a great way to not only burn fat, but also to build great all around athleticism.

So my plan right now is, morning cardio, noon weight lifting, afternoon I'm going to start going back to the mma gym and going through their cardio circuits, plus some sparring/rolling, then finally some rest. I haven't done this for about a year, but I've always found my body adapts very quickly and the best way to do it is to just jump right in.

My goal is to not let my arms drop below 16.5", maintain my lifts, and over the next three months just kind of shred up.

Either I'm just really out of shape, or maybe the dbol still being in my system had something to do with it. Lol. After about a minute of riding bike my legs felt like they were pushing against a brick wall. Lol
