Just a side note on the Proviron addition for those interested !

Proviron (Mesterolone) - is a relatively weak anabolic agent generally used in hormone replacement therapy.
When used on its own Proviron doesn't lead to large muscle gains. Where it does play a significant role, is that it binds as much as 60-65% to the Sex- Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG). This may act to displace other steroids more weakly bound to SHBG into a free (active) state. SHBG binds to testosterone very strongly and about 95-99% of your testosterone is connected to it. Only the free fraction of circulating testosterone is actually what is making you grow.

In simpler terms, Proviron’s ability to connect so strongly to SHBG will free up other steroids in your stack to allow them to exercise more activity.

Proviron also binds to the aromatase enzymes, preventing them from converting your other steroid compounds to estrogen. This gives Proviron the added benefit of acting as a moderately effective anti-estrogen. Thanks to this, Proviron has no estrogenic side-effects making it a very welcome addition to any pre-contest cycle.

Another advantage is that Proviron is not c-17 alpha alkylated. Instead it was modified with the addition of a methyl group at carbon one, which helps protect the hormone from hepatic metabolism during oral administration. This is a characteristic shared with oral Primobolan. Since it’s not c-17 alpha alkylated liver toxicity is non-existent and thus Proviron is considered one of the safest steroids out there.
 
Day 36

Shoulder day

Shoulders workout was ok, I suspect I went to heavy at some stage and hurt my shoulder cuffs, so dropped weight somewhat and pushed through.

Also weighed in this morning and was a bit disappointing to see I have only gone up .5kg\1.1lbs especially considering the amount of calories I am getting in, but hey at least its pure lean gains so I cant complain. Going to try slow things down so i don't burn as much energy , this is easier said then done as I am extremely active!

Anyways will push harder !

Shoulders are somewhat sore, had the misses give em a rub last night. Was painful to even lie on them so will try ease up on the weight for shoulders in future workouts, do not want to have to stop training cos of an injury.
 
Day 37

Legs

Had a bitch of a day yesterday by the time I got to gym I was wiped and unmotivated ! Pushed through legs workout regardless and slept like a baby!
Still feel exactly the same as I did before starting the Proviron, and hey no news is good news :)

Day 38

Arms

Has a furious arm workout, was on fire and loved it !

Im back rested and feeling ready again, really struggled yesterday !

So today was pin day and when prepping everything I realized the vial i have been using had crystallized :( , luckily I had another vial and used that.

Day 39

Rest day

All I can say is I am glad the next 2 days are off days, I am taking strain today, had difficulty falling asleep due to some heat my body was giving off. Felt like i was on fire!

It's winter here and relatively cold, however the Test seems to take my temp up, yesterday I used the new test from a completely different lab, reputable and known for superior quality, i suspect hitting 400mg of this is why i felt that why , which leaves me to believe the other test I have is a tad under dosed seeing I never had this before.

Will update on how i feel tomorrow again

Regardless I will mix them from now on-wards, PS a side note on the crystallized test , it had crashed due to the cold, but warming it up a bit sorted it all out and it seems gtg again :)

Day 40

Rest day

Wow can't believe I am 40 days, it motivates me to push harder as time is limited.
Felt back to my usual self again today, only strange thing was I was cramping up all day which is a first.
Had some taurine so hope it helps.

Day 41

Sorry about the delay in updates all, been a bit of a busy weekend!

Chest day

Felt like the hulk pushed harder than any other chest day thus far, was incredible.
Went up 10kg again on bench, elbows took massive strain though.
Also shoulders are still painful, might need to book a session of biokinetics.

Also decided to take my blood pressure and it was a bit high so I have increased the dosage of hawthorn berry.

Day 42

Pin day today, which are my favorite days :) Managed to warm the crashed test and it was good to go in minutes.
Did half of the Nomad and half PGW test cyp.

Back Day, feeling really great today, first thing i did was have the BP checked and its looking better already.
Had a solid workout and felt strong.

Did the usual sauna and steam session after my workout and as usual felt amazing after, always good to get the sweats on :)

Day 43

Shoulder day (Shudder, considering the state of my shoulders)
Will update on workout a little later tonight after gym.

Also weighed in this morning and and 1kg\2.20lbs up for the week which I am happy with after last weeks 0.5kg up
 
Glad the bp is looking better and the gains are still coming strong. Seems like you are killing this run

Looks like it's shaping up well in here. Eyeing up a similar setup for a few months from now. In to see how this really treats you.
 
Thanks guys appreciate the support ! Yip think the BP had a lot to do with the feeling crappy so glad it's better, feeling really good again and for some reason my appetite is through the roof today ... No complaints there :)

Shoulders

Great day, even better workout ! In a great mood today hope things stay like this ! Eating like the hulk so hoping to hang onto the appetite.
Shoulders are still sensitive so spent a lot of time warming up and layed of the heavyset for tonight

DAY 45

Legs day

Have a great workout, had loads of energy and feeling really good overall, glad this week has been mostly side effect free.
No tiredness or cramps at all.

I must add that one side i have never enjoyed is in full swing and thats the oiliness of my skin, it's winter so its dry but I still have a ridiculous amount of oil coming through , mostly prevalent from the neck up. This sucks at work as I end up being the shiniest person around and have to wash my face several times a day.

This has lead to a bit of acne on my neck and lower hairline above my neck. I hate this it can be painful and I am self conscious because I don't have a skin problem generally so I have added yes more tabs into my cycle lol and have added a problem skin formula which prevents oiliness and stop the bacteria which causes pimples. I am also showering twice a day to try control it.

Ingredients for those interested...

  • Vitamin A 4500IU
  • Guggulipid 250mg
  • Lactobacillus sporogenes (bacillus coagulans) 800 million cfu
  • Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 100mg
  • Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 100µg
  • Zinc (amino acid chelated form)

Anyone got any other suggestions on controlling this?


Appetite is still madness, have had to start buying extra food !

Test was crystallized again this morning so had to warm it , mixed the pin with 2 different test labs again like last time.

On the way to gym now feeling energetic and ready for the session

Got to much test left even for the 2 weeks into the epi so ramping it up to 500mg today

I am leaving for vacation for 4 days today so have packed all my gym stuff weights , kettle bells etc. so I can keep training
If I have signal out in the mountains I will update daily if not I will do a mass update when I return.

Can't believe I am 50 days in !

Feeling good, looking forward to getting away from work stress for a bit, no bad sides experienced this week , body seems to be happy on test

So being on holiday, I did various exercises to keep the momentum.
Had a great break as well with loads of rest time to recover, had a good time off and could not wait to get back into the gym.

Felt great the whole holiday even with upping the test dosage to 500mg the day before leaving.

Back home and feeling rested and ready to go,was awesome to be back in the gym, had a power chest session and pumps were insane, my chest has never looked that good!

Good to be onto a new compound to get some change in , eager to see how the epi feels and what results it yields

Feeling good, no change in sides after starting the Epi which is great will see how long it takes to kick in. Will up to 3 tabs today !

Could not make it to gym tonight as I had to work to will follow through tomorrow evening...


So far feel great still nothing in sides after starting the ePI, however my food does seem to vaporize which means i can eat more , perhaps thats the ePI?

Also weighed in this morning and am another 1kg up, which is great as I was starting to slow down on the weight so gotta break through the plateu
I always feel strong orals on my eyes and this is no different with the epi , they feel strained and blurry at certain stages of the day but its nothing serious.
I am looking great in the mirror as well, apart from the bulk face which i hate, It's getting rounder by the day
Will start the joint support in a few days.

Feeling good, but have a annoying slight headache, will be checking the BP this evening as I was advised that the eye feeling could be related to BP as well and I havent check that out in 2 weeks.

Last nights workout was absolute madness! I don't think i have felt as strong as I did last night all cycle, not sure why but regardless it was incredible.
Had a nasty headache most of yesterday which went away after the gym session.

Did the BP test last night as well and its not perfect but also not too out of sync, Systolic 121 Diastolic 60 (121\60)
Eyes seem better , so will monitor over the day.

Woke this morning feeling fresh and back to normal, looking forward to the injection, always feel great after that.

(Update after gym tonight)

So workout was madness new program is killer but I managed through without any issues
Got some nasty lower back pumps tonight will need to get some Taurine

Shoulders & back

Wicked workout followed by sauna feeling good with zero sides to report apart from pumps I get painful pumps for everything even holding the phone up to my ear too long!

Was injection day test & hcg.

Looking really great in a mirror can't believe the difference makes me regret not taking before photos
The one thing that's annoying it the limited mobility I have now, showering and getting clothes on and off is a mission.
That and more than half my closet does not fit me any longer!

Did BP today as we'll and it is currently on 138 \ 68

Weighed in this morning and am the same weight as last week, that's a bit discouraging seeing my appetite since starting the epi has been phenomenal. Really blows having a metabolism this fast! Regardless the recomp I am seeing in the mirror is what keeps me going and I am happy with the progress!

Wow , I had the most insane workout last night, could barely drive home I was so sore ! Not sure where that burst of energy came from but i was relentless in the gym.

I am super sore today, which is rare so I know i rocked it last night.
Epi appetite is insane, does anyone else get non stop hunger on ePI???

Hi There,

Yeah I am thinking of bumping up to 40mg but will need to order another bottle asap so I have enough, will do that now.
Yip this will be my last month on the test, (unfortunately) lol , currently running at 1000mg a week and body is handling it perfectly.
Just keeping the estrogen in check.

I was going to only run the ePI for 4 weeks but after more research will run it at 6 weeks so 2 weeks into September. I will run the last 2 weeks purely on epi while the test clears out.

Sound good?

Well started 9th June so I am just over 2 months now, so once done it will be 3 months 2 weeks.
You think I need to taper off the test or just run at at 1g till I stop?

That's a good cycle length! 14 weeks is only a few weeks shorter than my current cycle that will be 16-20. Fun stuff.
Don't taper off test. Just run 1g and then have a good pct. what's your pct look like?

Legs and core

Had another incredible workout but was dead tired after, legs always kills me.
Other than that feeling good! No adverse sides and still have a never ending hunger which is always great on a bulk!
Have increased my ePi dosage to an additional cap a day.

Add the clomid at 50/50/25/25. Otherwise you look good to go. And what effects have you noticed from the g of test that make it great? Mass? Or just a great feeling on top of the gains? Lol

Yeah the mass has been good, but it's just the general feeling, libido is ridiculous, and just feel really strong with great focus.
 
Day 67

Arms night

Surprising night at gym, really didnt even think i was going to make it i was so buggered, but forced myself and had a really wicked workout! Destroyed the arms and felt much better after the workout

So been a heavy day at work , didn't have a good nights rest, neighbors were noisy as **** and I just got more and more annoyed.
Have a slight headache today most likely from the lack of sleep. Other than that no complaints apart from farting myself to death, not sure what is causing it but it sure makes work hard seeing i spend over half my day in meetings lol.

Was injection day and all went well, don't enjoy the HCG injections though.
